Each visit I have made was very good. Though the previous manager no longer is there, I was greeted with great customer service. The wait was not long whatsoever. The staff was extremely courteous and professional.

Everyone I spoke with today has been so helpful but a special shout out to Ross at the Lakewood branch! Thanks to everyone's help an issue has been resolved and a small crisis averted. Eeryone was so nice and helped me stay fairly calm during my calls, this includes the people with the app help line! I am so glad I chose this bank!

Fast friendly Service, I dont actually go here very often but it seems somedody is always greeting me by name as I walk in the door or drivethru.... feels like family.

I have multiple major problems with this bank. When my husband and I opened our checking account with them, the customer service was excellent. But our issues started as soon as I received my first debit card about a week after my husbands came in, the laminate had peeled from the corner and made the chip impossible to read straight out of the envelope. I showed them the brand new card and they ordered a new one. Another 3 weeks later, I get my card but no pin so I had to go into the bank AGAIN and get that changed. Now that I had a new card, I used it at my local grocery store and another issue arose, their machines don't read Umpqua chips SO every time I go to Albertsons, I have a 50/50 chance that it won't work. Those are the issues with JUST the card. My next issues come with the online banking portion. Their servers are down CONSTANTLY (I'd say 2 to 3 times a month) on not only the website, but the mobile app as well. There's no customer service line, just some terrible automated service that doesn't offer the help I need half the time. I try calling the specific bank but all their numbers redirect to the automated line. Despite all these issues, I've been dealing with them for a few years and their only redeeming quality is their customer service which has recently fallen by the wayside. If I don't get my regular tellers, I don't have a positive experience. The new employees this branch has hired are not as friendly and personable as the original tellers. I've never waited in the drive thru window longer than 60sec before someone acknowledges me even with customers in the lobby UNTIL recently. Now I can proudly say I waited at the drive thru for 5min, WATCHING THE NEW TELLER WALK BY MULTIPLE TIMES AVOIDING EYE CONTACT WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME. I went into the lobby and there were 2 customers at the front, and 2 tellers (one new chick and the manager). Not as busy as 90% of the time I go into the drive thru. Overall, this bank sucks. If you want a stable banking system with a consistently positive experience, go to Harborstone or BECU. I've never had any issues with my previous banks, Umpqua has proven to be completely subpar and their free coffee and cookies aren't winning me over anymore. I'll be switching soon.
