I have had many issues with amazons return instructions.. it always changes! and this stores staff overall has been amazing and patient with providing me exact insight on where and how to find my instructions in my Amazon account. Thank you Andrea for taking time to help me today.

This UPS store charges for customer packaging on Amazon returns that are already in customer packaging. The associate that helped me this morning had to scan two of three of my returns a couple of times the label that I received did not contain a tracking number and most importantly charge me for customer packaging When it was not required for my Amazon return. The customer that was right behind me was also being charged. Customer packaging when his item was in his own packaging. There was no store manager on site And the associate said that he’s been employed there for two years When in fact, he’s displaying lack of knowledge on how to do a simple Amazon return. One of my returns I had to pay for which was no problem as long as I’m aware that I have to pay for something. I am willing to do so. The other two returns were just drop off at UPS location. No packaging required. The receipt that I received along with the printing label again there was no return tracking number for any of it. I am contacting Amazon to let them know of the problem and to make sure that all of my items get returned as they should be. I contacted another UPS store location, who was very helpful and guiding me on how to report this. I will never go back to that store, which is my local store. I will drive out of the way to go to another UPS location

I have had my mail box there for 10 years. I ship from there frequently. It never fails when my associate is Radheshyam processes my packages he fails to apply the box holder discount. He did it today even after I mentioned it to him. Then his coworker, Andrea, shot me a look as if I was being rude! I know it isn't much of a discount, but when I ship items across the country, every little bit helps. We shouldn't have to ask for the discount as they can see we have a box there. Maybe some of your associates should be more mindful when processing packages

Had to ship a laptop and was in and out in no time. Staff was professional and friendly, would definitely use this shop again in the future.

Wouldn't go back, rude male staff member was disrespectful and spoke down to my girlfriend like she was a child. So not only do they lack professionalism but he completely lied to her about not being able to create a shipping label.

First of all i call them about notary they said they can do it but when i went inside the lady who do notary said she can’t do it she only do notary for i.d and passport. Follow along i have an order i gave them my tracking number they said they have no idea. I personally don’t recommend this ups store 👎

This store is bad, they are closed when they are supposed to be open. No respect for business hours and personnel not friendly at all.

If you say you're open, then be open for all services otherwise note that you are open for limited services and also note what services you are NOT open for, like shipping!!

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Lakewood yesterday on 01/09/2024, Thursday. The staff was incredibly professional, and their service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Sushan, who went above and beyond to help me with my package shipping process. She was extremely polite, attentive, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It's rare to find such friendly and efficient service these days. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for dependable and courteous service.

One of the employees, a chubby 5’3”(seemingly) black-hair female employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Does not take my package saying it does not come with a box (even though it’s packed in bubble wrap package) and refuse to send; upon that, she tried to upsell the UPS store package to me even if it just looks the same as my own package!
