Was really disappointed that this location did not have a self-serve Amazon return drop-off. The other locations I've visited had them and I felt it really made a big difference. 1- you can skip the big line 2- it gets you out of the way of customers who need help from an associate 3- it cuts down on a lot of transactions that associates would have to do, therefore decreasing the amount of time customers have to wait/be in store. It just makes sense. I really hope yall get one soon!Other than that, the associates working there were very nice!

They charge expensive, they take more than 10 days to bring a package from Chula Vista California, that's what this company offers for a package from Chula Vista California to Washington, incredible. I prefer FedEx, at least they take less time, and the USPS people stole an extra package from me. of 400 dollars, I suspect it was a USPS employee Because they signed and did not ask for ID when delivering the package, that's why I changed them to UPS because I thought my package would arrive faster and it came out the same, they take a long time, 3 months ago I placed an order from Florida With FedEx it took only 5 days, they are faster and the fact that Florida is further from Washington than California is incredible. What we must recognize is that everyone has some fault with a client, none of them are going to provide excellent service to all clients. that each case is different.

I wish I could give a -1 star or even none at all … Bad customer service, they don’t even try to help their own coworkers when having difficulties…they want too many unnecessary information about the receiver which I find totally useless.. I wanted to ship a simple box to Jamaica and they were charging me $178.. something was off and I could feel it , so i took my box from the scale and tell the gentleman thank you but I will be doing business elsewhere .. I did business with FedEx instead… everything worked out perfectly , paid $120 and didn’t have to pay customs charges when it reaches Jamaica. UPS told me that’s not their business when it reaches Jamaica. I will not be putting a foot inside their store again!

The employees and manager didn't care that a UPS package was not delivered. Even though delivery date was 3 days ago. Said they are just a shop, UPS packages not their problem.Then they were going to charge me $ 178 to send documents to China. I didn't have a receiver phone number so they refused to even do that.Turned out that their poor behavior was a blessing. Went to USPS and shipped the exact same document in the exact same package for $19, and got a tracking number.Maybe other UPS stores are more professional, or this is why UPS revenue is so bad.

The teller charge me for a basic pack service $4.43 cents but i pack it my self ? Then she just really wanted to know what was in the box i said dry good but she was like but what and keep at it

Unprofessional staff members, not all but a few. Very unpleasant experience. I dread having to go into this store, and once my PO Box is up for renewing, I will not be renewing here.

My family went to drop off the package on 1/22 morning to return from Amazon and was helped(?) by white lady. She discriminated her in front of other customers and had very rude attitude. I can't believe this happening in 21st century.

Terrible company. If you ship a package internationally, go with USPS. They are at the same speed level, cheaper, and have much better traceability.I had a very important item shipped expedited for over $600. The problem is that no one knows the current status of the product -- it is in the same UPS delivery network just overseas. Neither the international branch or local branch knows how, what or where the problem lies. I'm stuck waiting now already delayed....And if you decide to file a claim. Good luck. The website for adding the deposit information (Zelle or Direct Deposit) does not load (Chrome) and retrying does not work. How convenient?From all this, I have concluded, UPS just wants your money. There is no real backing of quality/expertise or customer service here.Painful lesson learned

Terrible staff. Angry people taking out their frustrations on their customers. Look a how many other reviews say the same thing! I strongly recommend you drive the extra 5 minutes to go to another UPS location. It is not worth the stress to try to deal with these jerks.
