December of 2024 I paid extra to expedite my son’s Christmas gift to arrive on the 24th. He didn’t get it on the 24th but on the 30th. If I didn’t pay the expedited fee it would have arrived on the 30th still. I don’t blame the person who assisted me at the front. My question is how is the man power during the holidays? If the Post Office needs workers then why not put out a post or add out there? It’s no excuse to why customer’s packages are not being sent out in their timely manner. There’s got to be a bump somewhere in the postal service and it should be addressed and fixed.

Only one person staffed and 15+ people in line. If I ran a business I'd put myself out of business. I'd be embarrassed if this was my store. Seems fedex

I moved 3 months ago. Been waiting on a couple pieces of important mail. I've been recieving mail here and there and mail from the old tenants... annoyingly. I was told to reach out to the local post office to see if there is a problem why I didn't receive some of my mail.
I woke up to a voicemail saying there's been a vacant slip in my mailbox this whole time. But there hasn't been, these are all coming from the words of the person who delivers on my route. She insisted there was and that they dont deliever to vacant mailboxes and if they did its by mistake... for 3 months?? I immediately went out to mailbox after we argued about the greenslip being the there... on TOP of all my new mail was a new vacant greenslip.... Don't lie.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a long line, but the staff make you feel like you are a priority once you get to the counter.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I had a Christmas gift come in before Christmas; the instructions were to leave it at the post office for pickup and somehow they tried to deliver unknown to me. I went to this post office and no one could tell me where it was. Only one guy was working the counters and the other worker just watched as the line got long. This has to be the worst post office in the US.

This is insane. I’ve been coming here because I have too for over 3 yrs. I swear I avoid this place like the plague. It’s not the post workers. They are usually pretty pleasant. It has to be leadership constantly failing its own employees. If you ever wanna see a perfect example of employees being used and abused. This post office is the place.

I've been having a prolonged issue with a missing delivery i was contacted once by someone that said they'd review the driver and call me back with answers but I never heard back and I've gone in multiple times and left my contact info tracking number and address a few times as well and still nothing who do i go to that's above the leadership of this location

Lovely employees with stellar customer service. Every one of them I've interacted with has been prompt, polite, and helpful. They go out of their way to make your shipping options or solutions easy to understand. The retail-front is well-stocked and organized.
It does get busy, especially around the holiday season. More often than not there is a long line. If you need service up at the counter, set aside a good chunk of time. Otherwise the rest of the facility is open for self-service. Give the employees some grace in busy times.

Make sure to have your printing label ready before you go there because the white guy with the long beard got mad at me for not having my printing label ready and he told me that it wasn’t his job to print the label, and this was a disgrace to military personnel!! Very upsetting

Stood in line for 30 minutes to be told I need to fill out a customs form. There were none out so I couldn’t even fill it out ahead of time, and was told to GO BACK IN LINE. I also needed a money order. She couldn’t help me only the other lady. told again to GO BACK IN LINE. I had 2 other packages that I need full labels and if their stupid machine had been working I would have had most of my stuff done and sent off in no time but instead it’s a total waste of my time here.
