After spending 3 hours on the phone with Customer Care and not getting anywhere. I took my chances with going into the Lakewood store and Tate was GREAT. He handle my issue with my phone very fast and I was out of there in 30-45 minutes. SHOUT OUT TO TATE FOR THE FAST AND EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

Manager nick is super awesome in there. Helps me a lot. Very understanding. And the lady who helped me get my new phones super awesome too. Cant remember her name but she was the best!
