The pharmacist decided to play doctor and wouldn't give me my prescription medication. I am under the care of a fertility doctor. A Reproductive endocrinologist who went to medical school for years in the study of fertility. The pharmacist behind the counter decided because there are warnings on a label that my doctor was wrong and he was safe guarding me against harm so refused me my specialist prescribed medication. This man couldn't see past his ego and potential put my pregnancy in danger of failure because he decided he knows better then a specialist! Not to mention that IVF cost Thousands of dollars! I have put years of my life, blood, sweat, and tears into this pregnancy! For this man to possibly put that in jeopardy because he knows better! I'll definitely be calling corporate tomorrow

When my prescription plan changed I found myself getting my medication at Walgreens (on Bridgeport). I am glad I landed there! My prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately. The staff are above awesome, special shout out to Carlos! Several times now they have gone the extra mile to help me. I am really grateful to have them keeping me healthy.

Honestly just go to CVS across the street. They honor their coupons and manufacturers coupons. This Walgreens doesn’t and when you question why a coupon was applied they get pissy. My purchase was $180 asking why coupons wasn’t applied she “fixed it” $175 when I look at my receipt none of the coupons from the app or my paper ones where applied. My purchase should have been $130.

Went to this Walgreens to get my son & I passport pictures done. The wait wasn’t bad at all. Only thing that upsets me was I paid $16.99 for each of us only to be told at the Auditors office when submitting our applications that our pictures would most likely not be accepted due to the image not having flash to see our eye colors. Had to pay for retakes at the auditors office. Don’t pay extra and take a chance getting them done here, just get your pictures taken at the auditors office while submitting your applications. It was $12 and guaranteed to be accepted.

It is supposed to be a pharmacy open, and you can't get an allergy pill. Without the pharmacy being open, they are just making money out of the name. It's really bad service, the store should be close it they don't have service for what they are for, a pharmacy

Nassi the store manger hung up on me after calling me rude, as I simply asked her to walk across the store and ensure an item was in-stock and possibly set it aside for my caregiver to grab. And she said " well thats rude?" And I asked how so. To my surprise she then just hung up on me when I stated I go above and beyond for my customers so I didn't feel I was asking to much especially for the "store manger " I now have learned naasi is thankfully only a shift lead and not a manger. Funny thing she didn't want me speaking to the store manager and claimed she was them.
Ps nassi.. next time just look it up or be a little Kinder. You'll learn you get further in life by being kind. And if you can't handle being asked to walk 50ft. Maybe you should look into a sit down job. And not a walgreens, you know.. where you may be asked to help those with disabilities.
Best of luck with nassi. I'm sure she's bound to cost walgreens a few loyal customers with her additude

After deciding to still come here for my refill medications- The service has been a lot better. I've received my items in a timely manner and I've had no other issues. I have not got a flu shot here again so cannot speak on any changes in this area thus far. Over all, Pretty good

Carlos in the pharmacy is amazing. He's always so helpful and goes above and beyond to get my medication for me. He also tries all my insurance to get the best price for me. The other pharm techs are not that great.

Paul sucks he would not allow a fellow employee use the bathroom the MOD ACTED as if she did not know what was happening this store needs help asap people are getting tired of rude workers telling lies
