I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and it’s always been great. Various staff changes during that time and they’ve always been cool to me here. Never any issues whatsoever.

It was good but after going hear for 9+ years it seems like it's going downhill and they can't seem to be able to get meds right and bypass the pre authorization and give the wrong amount of meds and not own there mistakes..

Edited 03/24/2023I wonder how long Google reviews go at this point.I found out that Matt is a trainee. However, my patience and well-being go over my understanding of someone. If you need anything over the phone, ask to speak to someone else.I'm not a fan of Dez/Debs attitude, she is uncouth, rude but does her job. She at least found other pharmacies for me to pick up my medication.Matt still provides unclear, ineffective statements, has lied when my prescription would be ready. When I asked if he could fill another medication of mine as well, he failed to do this.I shouldn't be going off and on my meds like this and any pharmacist should be aware of that. I asked to speak to a supervisor but I did not get one.Edited 03/11/2023: yeah this pharmacy is just so underwater. Almost every month, I send in my prescriptions about 6 days before I'm out. They do not have it filled by the time I need it, won't do short time fills of my mental health medication. I've been out 3 days, called in last night and spoke with Matt. He put me on an 8 minute hold to talk with the pharmacist about my meds. I waited, he said they'll be ready tomorrow.Today, I called to check on the fill since I have not received a text. The lady I spoke with who did not state her name, told me they are out of stock and won't have any until next week. NEXT WEEK? HELL NO.She let me know that I can call other Walmarts to have them pull over and fill. Luckily, I have someone who can pick up for me otherwise I'd not have my meds until next week.Inept, rude, and this tells me that the pharmacist on duty last night did not know their stock which is alarming as hell. Fill your meds elsewhere.Last year 2022- Pre-pandemic, this was one of the best pharmacy's in Lakewood. Now, things have gone to hell. I'm not sure who is left. Tracy is extremely rude. If I could avoid her, I would. Ryan is your guy, though. He is absolutely the sweetest. He's compassionate, thorough, goes above and beyond. I feel like I matter and I'm not just another prescription to fill. I sincerely hope he continues with schooling to become a pharmacist. Anywhere would be damn lucky to have him. That said, I'm tired of my meds being pushed out. I put in my med order on Monday. Today is Sunday and I am out of three important medications. They won't do partial fill either.Stay away if you like having your meds on time and if you like good customer service.

I really enjoyed my experience with the Walmart,Lakewood pharmacy. The staff is always competent, energetic interactive and hands on. I have been using this pharmacy 4years and I never had an issue. If they have help me through the Covid process, through colds, possibly drugs interactions with my prescription and even advised me on best and lower prices generic on OTC alternative. Because of their knowledge and compassion I'm always comfortable coming here. Just as the heads up, this is a high pace location because of their quality they are always demand. So having patience becaause it is definitely worth it.

I have a medication that I literally need to survive, and this pharmacy couldn’t care less about helping me fill it. I tried to fill it weeks ago and it was out of stock. They never even tried to give me an update or help me fill it at another pharmacy. They don’t care if I get extremely sick. I’ve been asking them about this prescription several times a week for three weeks and they never have an update. They never care. They do not care about the patients. At all. They are very rude and won’t even look up any information for you, to help you find a competent pharmacy that actually can help fill the prescription. The pharmacy reps from here said they “can’t look in the system to see which Walmarts have it available.” Just spoke to another Walmart and they definitely can log into the system and see where it’s available. I tried filling this weeks ago to avoid this. Now I’m overdue on it and am literally already feeling extremely sick. This is life-threatening if I don’t get my prescription today or tomorrow. They don’t care. In fact they’re ridiculously rude about it. I’m finding a different pharmacy. The complete lack of a care about someone’s well being. What a slap in the face. Horrific customer service. Stay away from this pharmacy if you have a prescription that’s extremely important for your health. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Terrible communication. Terrible wait times. Terrible fill times. I called the Super Walmart on 31st in Puyallup. They not only answered (This location rarely picks up the phone.) but was able to transfer AND fill my prescription within the hour. If you have the option fill your prescriptions somewhere else.

Worst customer service! The front person Ryan was very rude and promised a time of when the prescription would be ready then waited 2 more hours only to get attitude and sarcasm. Tracy the pharmacist is about the same rude and sarcastic. Hope to never have to return here!!!

Horrible customer service , attitudes , unhelpful, if you call they leave you on hold for 10+ minutes . Something needs to give with this pharmacy. prescription fill time is ridiculous . They wait for you to get there in person to fill your medicine . I really hate this pharMacy . Something or someone needs to go. I have issues with all the staff there . The older lady , very rude , the techs are rude . I asked one tech if they can transfer my medicine to a different Walmart since it wasn't ready & they said I had to do it even though it's their job to do so.

I absolutely love the staff here!Tracy the pharmacist is AWESOME. Larissa and Ryan are so cool. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.I love you all!

Been going to this Walmart for all my pharmacy and so thankful that they refill my 9 meds with no problems, When I don't have any refill left they always take care or they call me Thankso I can follow through with my doctor, Again thank you

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! An older heavier set woman who claimed to be the manager, REFUSED to take my TWO WEEK OLD sons insurance card, and told me she pulled him up in the system but needed some other card to check to see off the prescription was covered by his insurance. Gave my husband and I a serious attitude over not wanting to do the work she's paid to do and LOOK to see if the insurance covers that medication. If she was able to pull him up and see he's covered, obviously she should be able to see if the medication is covered......... So now my son can't get a $80 medication because of her. Due to not everyone can afford that kinda stuff straight out of pocket sometimes during this pandemic. Didn't give her any attitude, just tried to nicely explain that's the only card we received for him, never had an issue getting medications for my other two kids using the SAME type of insurance card. I hate to be that "Karen" but I'm seriously pissed off. So that lady is a serious nasty piece of work. Go F yourself lady!!!!

I never write reviews but I was so amazed by the quality of customer service I got here. I called three pharmacies prior and all were out of flu shots. I called this one and spoke to Larissa. She was so pleasant and let me know that the time I planned on arriving was right during the rush. It was the only time I had available so she took all my information over the phone and got all my paperwork ready so all I had to do was sign when I arrived. I wish there were more people like her! She went above and beyond!
