I hate leaving bad reviews but after my 5th and final appointment, I’m at my wits’ end. It’s a very long and drawn out story involving an account opened by my father, who passed away, for my daughter. He had been using it for her dental work. He and I even had an appointment that was supposed to make me custodian in case of his passing, which apparently they have no record happened. I’m just frustrated for my kid, who was supposed to have their final ‘big’ appointment this month, but now it has to be moved 3 months. I spent so long getting the runaround by the staff and doing everything I was told to do to being told I had to go to court to prove I was her guardian. I don’t want to bad mouth the two gentlemen I met with, as they were friendly and it seemed like they were trying to help.

ATM wouldn’t accept my cash deposit and because of this I faced an immediate financial crisis! I can’t face these situations and I shouldn’t have to experience this from my bank..

Drive thru banking is unavailable here. The best part of waiting inside is the teller that chews gum with her mouth open and pops it directly in your face. I just want some quarters.

Came here on my break and was stopped at the door by the bank security guard who proceeded to refuse me entry because he said the staff had closed down the entire bank for lunch. Not sure why they couldn’t just stagger their breaks amongst themselves to avoid such an inconvenience to everyone. Simply disappointing and a hassle for those of us who work 8-5 and can’t make it into the branch before or after they open. I will be closing my accounts and going back to a credit union.

It's incredibly annoying going to a business that claims they are open, when they are not. If only the ATM is open, say that only the ATM is open. Saying the branch is open from 9am to noon is a lie. Correct your online hours, or be open when you claim to so you don't waste your customers time.

People are usually very friendly and nice which is helpful but please update your hours online Or even better be open on Saturdays at least for a couple of hours.

Such a rude bank. Stopped in to do a wire transfer at 3:15pm. The lady advised I missed the cutoff at 2:30pm so I’d have to come back tomorrow to do it. I asked to do it now but I understand it won’t process until tomorrow. She wouldn’t do it. She said they only do same day. What?! I will go to Keybank near my home and get the wire done today so I don’t have to break up my schedule tomorrow to do it. I bank with 3 other banks and have done several wires over the last 3 years and I’ve never been turned away because of the cutoff time, it just means the wire won’t show until the next day. The lady was so cold and didn’t care that she was causing an inconvenience. Stay away from this location!

What an absolute shitshow! Two tellers and at least 4-6 other bank employees just sitting/standing around BS'ing. And 10-15 people waiting in line! Just ridiculous!

Closing my Accounts ASAPWe have 3 different banks that we work with, for each company , during pandemic WF was the worse the other banks handle the situation better, at WF you see many people over 6 , only 2 tellers other two talking to each other like nothing is happening the other two sending people to other branches. At the other bank you have 3 tellers and even the manager working hard doing whatever it takes for customers , seems like the issue here is management. Today I wanted to deposit money in to my personal account they told me then can’t take cash !!! Not even at ATMSo because of this específico branch we took the decision to close this account and move it other bank, and now I’m ready to close my personal. I’m also taking the extra time to tell my friends , family and customers to our better and friendly and new bank !!!
