It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”

“Let me give a huge shout out to great workers at DISCOUNT TIRE, in Lakewood, WA. The manager of the store, KELSIN SADR actually mounted my new Michelin Pilot 4S tires as he was the guy who could mount without scratching my wheels on my Audi RS7 as I had used the touchless mounting machine in Bellevue last time. He discovered that two of my wheels were slightly off on the balancing (slightly bent) probably due to hitting a pot hole with these LOW PROFILE wheels so he mounted them on the back, thank you KELSIN... He got me a $200 credit on one tire, yes only one tire, but that was 10% saving on my $2000 4-tire cost, thank you KELSIN. He helped my try and locate two new wheels to replace my two bent ones using Google AI with a photo on his phone, thank you KELSIN. He was able to get my tires in the same day and put them on that same day, thank you KELSIN... He discussed the balancing weights which I wanted on the inside of the wheel only (out of sight), he advised the balancing would be slightly less accurate without (ugly) weights on the outside part of the wheel, thank you KELSIN. Two or three of his associates talked and consulted and advised me, thanks guys... RINTO was one of the guys who was my first representative that took my tread wear and discussed CONTINENTAL vs MICHELIN with me, thanks RINTO, also Caiyan and Chris and big Tom..!! “I've been a Les Schwab customer for years (30?). Something I noticed my last two visits: there is no longer a sense of urgency that seemed to mark their customer service over the years. My most recent visit was supposed to be a 1 1/2 hr wait for a screw in a tire. (Normal: it's busy.) It became 5 hours. Don't know all the circumstances (shorthanded? big jobs?), I just know the lack of pace is noticeable. And my anxiety was off the charts, lol.”
