Purchased a new washer unit and installation services from Bayview, the purchase was easy and the installers went far above and beyond. Will not consider off island alternatives in the future.
edit: really negative experience today with this company. Moving my review from 5 to 2 star as a result. I would put 1, but the installers above did do a good job. I live and own a home on the island and this incident will result in my never utilizing this business or recommending it to others.
I called two months ago to receive a quote on new dishwashers, and a technician said they would need to come out to look at the unit. That happened, and I was told I would be provided quotes. No contact until yesterday when I received a $140 invoice for that 'service'. There was never any discussion or agreement on costs associated with that quote, and especially after recieving nothing. I was surprised and called in. After a fairly unprofessional discussion with site management, no resolution was achieved.

Absolutely the WORST! Horrible customer service: Service person was rude, condescending, unprofessional and sarcastic. Lost our business and that of our friends and colleagues!

Called to get an inexpensive replacement washer and dryer, ordered over the phone and they delivered the next day. Un-installed the old and hauled them away, installed the new and showed me the basics before they left. Excellency, thank you to all of you, you have made my life sweeter. It's so appreciated!

If you live on Whidbey Island, Bayview is THE place to buy mattresses or home appliances. They also provide expert appliance repair at fair prices. Nice people, good products, great service!

B.a.M. just repaired my dishwasher, extending it's life and saving me from having to shop and purchase a new one. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, worked steadily, and gave me a reasonable and accurate estimate. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I wanted to give a shout out to the fast efficient service! Our dryer was broken. We called for an appointment on a Saturday. By the next Thursday the repairman was replacing our heating coil with a spare one he had in his truck. It’s so great to have a local company know that good customer service and the staff to solve problems makes for a good business.

We bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer set in June of 2020. Washer worked for a few weeks and then we started getting error codes. The machine wouldn't spin things out and couldn't seem to balance things, so it would put up an error code that said to only use HE detergent (which we always did). Appliance repair came out and reset it. (Sounded like it was just a computer thing). It worked for a very short time and then the error codes started up again. We are snowbirds and left town for 5 months. When we got back home, it started up with the error codes. We called for a repairman AGAIN. This time the guy was here for a long time and was talking to the Whirlpool troubleshooting team. It seemed like it may have been fixed, but nope...not for long. When I called Bayview, they said that it would cost $98 for a service call because it wasn't under warranty. Finally, I got it to do a "normal" cycle, but instead of the 60 min., it would do about 25min. And then it would say "washing complete"Today, we got a Basic washing machine from Lowe's, that we're hoping just washes the clothes, towels and other things without sending codes!!! (Remember the days when washers lasted for 20+ years?. We're hoping that's the case with a simple washer) We wanted to buy local and that's why we chose Bayview Appliance, but we won't be buying anything from them again.....sorry

We have bought a few mattresses, a stand up freezer, and just recently a new refrigerator from them and we are always greeted with a wealth of knowledge to help us make the best decisions to fit our needs. Which has then been followed by timely delivery and quality installation. They are always great about explaining things and answering any questions we may have. I highly recommend Bayview Appliance and Mattress!

The people who have helped us are always so friendly and helpful and make the experience so easy. And then to have them also deliver, install and remove the old appliances was wonderful. These guys are the BEST!! We've used two other appliance companies on Whidbey Island and neither could hold a candle to Bayview. Bayview gives us a 2 hour window, AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE SHOWN UP ON TIME!! Usually right at the beginning time. They have parts on hand frequently so often fix things right on the spot. The hourly charge has been lower, and they are fast to diagnose, repair, and/or install. Even corrected a bad installation done by another company at no extra charge. They were extremely nice about answering vaccination questions (employees are vaccinated) and also showed up in proper Covid masks. Saved us over $1000 so far. And their lead times are shorter than anyone else we've called. Don't know how they manage to do such an excellent job in this challenging time , but they have earned all our appliance business forever. Great team.
