Hours: Culture is a business with two distinct offerings: a restaurant and a clothing shop. The restaurant is located upstairs and offers a build-your-own wok bowl. Customers create their own stir fry from a buffet line with tons of fresh veggies, tofu, and two types of noodles, paying by the pound. It is cooked on a shared grill. There is some cross contamination in the buffet line. Only one sauce is not vegan. The food is good, though it can be a long line. The clothing shop is a very cool little shop with a nice selection, including a solid men's selection of shirts, shorts, and hats. They have beautiful clothes and merchandise and a loyalty program for returning customers. However, they do not have a website or online shopping.
