In my experience with hilton hotels they are usually very decent quality and in decent condition. The Hampton in leavenworth is honestly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and three cars were broken into at the last hilton I stayed at. There was a lot of noise above us and that would not have been a problem if I wasn't forced to stay downstairs because people upstairs had pet "allergies" because people cant react to pets downstairs ?. I had picked the perfect room on the 3rd floor and I was super happy with it but the key word was happy. They decided oh no your going to stay on the bottom floor. Then there was the issue of dishes every hotel i have been to under the hilton name has had good glass dishes not this one your lucky to have paper. Honestly wont be back and if I am it's going to take a lot of coercing. Oh I forgot to mention the damage in my room that I had to deal with like I wasn't already irritated guess what your room is messed up I wouldn't recommend this hotel I'd have to say try out the Bavarian lodge it's ⅔ the price. One more thing the food is mediocre at best I've had better at 100 dollar hiltons.

Great hotel experience. We were there during a super cold snap (-18° F) for a winter wedding nearby. The room was toasty warm, the indoor hot tub was so great we used it every day we were there, and the breakfast was delicious. Best hotel breakfast I've had in a couple years. Short walk into Leavenworth which we did one day but drove the next since it was so cold. Friendly staff and had no issues come up. Despite the snow and cold temperature the parking lot was plowed and the front area was de-iced for easy walking. Would stay here again!Walkability: 20 minute walk on sidewalks into the main part of Leavenworth.Noteworthy details: Great indoor hot tub and breakfast.

We’ve stayed here 3 times and it’s very nice, especially for the price. Unfortunately tonight we couldn’t get over the pass and had to give up. Kim helped me immediately when I called and was so friendly and caring. Thank you so much, we’ll be back.

Decided to check out Leavenworth while the Christmas lights are still up for January. We’re Hilton Gold members and upon checking in, we received a free brown paper lunch bag with 2 waters in it and a bag of Tim’s potato chips (~$2.50 in value). While not to knock a gift horse in the mouth felt ridiculous and small. We stayed here since we had a free night and were on the first floor. The walls are super thin. We heard every single door open and close, every car that passed by, and everyone that walked down the hallway. It was dark in the room, but with the noise it was hard to sleep. I figured there would be a sound curfew. My wife worked hotels and told me she looks at stays as a customary and company and was sorely disappointed with this stay. It was loud and light leaked brightly from the bottom door to the room. Bathroom only had 3 towels even though reservation was for 4, bathroom door was a pocket door (not an actual door) so lack of privacy already, and room only had 2 super small waste baskets that couldn’t fit our trash for a family of 4. Felt like we wasted our free points by staying here. There’s also a night light in the bathroom that looks suspiciously like maybe a camera was inside since there looked to be a red light inside. Was hard to tell so dismissed it.Breakfast was ok. Omelettes, waffle station (super packed, be prepared to wait 10+ mins to use), potatoes, fruit, all you can drink coffee and hot chocolate. I asked the front desk for an extra sheet and blanket since our oldest kid likes to take an entire bed to themselves, so one of us slept on a chair. Front desk looked confused at first and wondered why, but gave me a set of sheets and blanket anyways. The hotel is right next to a Safeway that has a Starbucks in it, which makes it convenient if you need things or want coffee. There are no restaurants nearby. Hotel offers a free shuttle that goes downtown at certain times of the day and has the schedule posted in the main lobby.RECOMMENDATION: Stay downtown Leavenworth. It’s way easier to wake up and walk the main strip than stay here, drive and pay for parking. I guess you can walk to the main strip (1 mile from hotel), but with kids, makes it difficult. We previously stayed at a super nice AirBNB right on the strip for $300/night and was well worth it for the location. Would much rather stay at the AirBNB, wake up, walk and get breakfast than stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again. We do not recommend this hotel if you have kids.Rooms: Loud, thin walls, dark.

Rooms: The room my friend and I were in was kinda small but clean. The room my male friend had was on the other side of the hall and was much bigger with a actual shower door not just a curtain and he had a table.Nearby activities: There is a Safeway in basically the same parking lot. You can either walk or take a bus to the village. Front Street which is where most of the stuff to see and do is blocked off from cars. You have to walk. Right now there is a great light display that is supposed to stay on until I believe the end of February if not then for sure until Valentine's Day.Safety: The hotel is closed at I believe 10pm and the only way to get in is with a key card.Walkability: You can walk from the hotel to the village but it might take about 20 minutes to get there.

The so-called "Hampton Bed" was like a slab of granite, and the swimming pool was icy cold. The included breakfast was very basic but acceptable. There are better places to stay for the price.Noteworthy details: The hotel sits adjacent to highway # 2 and a Safeway store.

Hampton Inn Leavenworth: A Modern Gem Amidst Alpine Beauty ??️Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Leavenworth was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel, though contemporary in style, stood out as a luxurious retreat nestled amidst the scenic beauty of the mountains. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the hotel's pristine condition, even years after our first visit. The rooms were comfortable, adorned with plush bedding that promised a restful night's sleep. The warm breakfast offerings added a delightful touch to our mornings, providing a hearty start to our days of exploration. Its convenient location, just a mile from the town center and across from a well-stocked Safeway, further enhanced our experience.Having returned after four years, we were pleased to find that the hotel has maintained its impeccable standards. It's evident that the Hampton Inn Leavenworth is not just a place to stay but a destination in itself. We eagerly look forward to returning on our next visit to this enchanting town. ?????️

We arrived about half an hour early and requested our room on the same floor, but we had to wait for the room to be ready, which was okay. The hotel is next to Safeway, which is convenient. The room is spacious, but the bed is not as expected; it is noisy and creaky. Our A/C kept us awake because it was loud, too, at night. The next day, we had breakfast, the typical breakfast you get from Hilton, nothing spectacular. The hotel is just next to a bus stop, which the town provides a free ride to downtown. We tried it the next day, but the app gave us a message that the bus was called off due to an accident, and we Didn't try it any further. Our stay was okay, I guess. There are plenty of parking spaces at the front and back of the building. Downtown is about a mile walk from the hotel and the same as the reindeer farm.

Hampton Inn & Suites, LeavenworthExtremely unimpressed!Hotel offers little service for the price.Checked in at 4:15p and were booked for a family of four, but the room had towels for three. Called the front desk to request an additional set of towels and was told “we” needed to get them from the front deck.Housekeeping only cleans & supplies rooms every other day, so on a two night stay your room is not refreshed. The hotel wants guests to continue to use the bath towels additional day(s), however, the bathroom has no towel racks, so no place to hang and dry towels. We had to Hunt for housekeeping the next day for clean towels. There was two small waste bins in the room. We set the bins outside the door in the morning about 10a and returned several hours later to find them still full, so we pulled the liners and left those in the hall. The breakfast was pathetic! Our first morning, they ran out of most everything about 40 mins prior to end time and on both mornings they ran out of coffee and hot water for tea & cocoa, yes hot water. We would’ve had breakfast elsewhere, but there was no quick walk location in the snow.Beyond stated items, the hotel decor is modern and attractive. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Overall, we found the hotel very clean, well-maintained and the staff was moderately pleasant. But the service did not equal the price.

This is a really nice hotel in a great location. It's a little ways of a walk to the main town, but I wouldn't recommend it. You have to cross a highway, and once it gets dark, it's hard to see. There is a free shuttle that runs all day and was on time each time we used it. Hot breakfast was the standard eggs, sausage, and waffle maker mixed in with continental breakfast staples. But it was included, and since there are no restaurants near this particular hotel, it's good to have available. There was a refrigerator and microwave, and Safeway was next door.My one very minor complaint is not just this hotel but hotels in general and the lack of housekeeping services. The signs are very clear they clean every other day but will come by with anything you need. Each morning before we left, I asked for the towels to be replenished and to take the trash. And each day I returned (late at night) and it hadn't been done. It was a bit aggravating, which is why I rated the service 3 stars, but the staff was definitely 5 stars. They just need to ensure guest request are fulfilled if they are not going to clean the room.

Hotel is conveniently located in Leavenworth and clean. The 2 stars is for the room not being ready until after 5pm, that's a first for me at any hotel. Also, we stayed on the second floor and you can hear every footstep above the room and outside the room. Noisiest hotel ever stayed at. Also, came down for breakfast at 9:40am and another guest asked for more potatoes and the guy said that's it for today. Pretty lame for how expensive the rooms are.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is pet friendly and clean and right next to Safeway which is great. There is a bus stop in the parking lot which runs to downtown Leavenworth which was awesome to use! Our timing was never great to get the bus back to the hotel, so we walked twice and even that was a great stroll that takes about 20 minutes! My only complaint is that the bed was sooo uncomfortable - you could feel and hear every spring in the bed and it made so much noise even just laying down. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable too. Other than that we had a great stay! Great location and clean choice.
