“A Bavarian style hotel, so authentic that I woke up feeling as if I had magically had been transported to Germany. From the flower box decks to the down comforters and authentic furnishings climax with an awesome German style breakfast with soft boiled eggs, slices of assorted meats, bread, breads, and jellies. So beautifully presented you felt as if you should have brushed up on your German. Touring the other rooms with anticipation of my next visit I discovered some variations that were quite beautiful with an antique suite and you can even stay in an authentic looking church building. The owner also shared the property across the street which they had recently purchased and renovated with saunas, and even more of varieties of German flared rooms. Looking forward to the next opportunity to stay here. Great escape from the every day and did not have to travel overseas to experience it.”

“Need a vacation? Head to Leavenworth, WA and explore this charming Bavarian-themed town, known for its unique architecture, German food, festivals, and beautiful mountain setting in the Cascades. You’ll want at least three days to browse through everything.

I stayed at the Bavarian Lodge, and the lights on the building were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Thanks to our awesome bartender Kacey, we enjoyed the cozy fireplace along with great service, wine, cocktails, and the large soft pretzels you can buy. When we got to our room, it was on the backside with a wonderful view and was not too busy. There were a couple of small things that could have been better about the room, but nothing that would keep me from recommending it.

Breakfast was at Leavenworth Coffee & Waffles the next morning. This busy place was amazing, and the food was to die for.

The rest of the city was fun and exciting, with lots of great shops and plenty of places to try different foods. So head down and enjoy!”

“We generally stay in cashmere when we want to go to Leavenworth because family members have a house there, but this trip was very last minute. Plus since parking has become such a issue, both finding spots and having to pay, I wanted somewhere close to town that we could just walk to everything and this was a great location for that. They even let us stay parked there after check out.

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast, waffles one day, biscuits and gravy the next. Pretty standard hotel hot breakfast, nothing fancy. My son and husband used the pool and mini golf across the street, which was a nice free bonus. I would stay here again.”

“This stay was the highlight of our Leavenworth trip. The beauty and the hospitality were second to none. They have trails around the property, mountain views from luxury cabins, and such a sweet dog who walks with you on your hikes. Brad and Kathy are gracious and humble people. Don't skip out on their breakfasts. If you're looking for peace, beauty, and privacy then this is the place.”

“Great hotel, polite staff, pools are clean and there is an adult pool which is separated by a wall from kids pool. Also, indoor pool, free breakfast, special and unique atmosphere.”

“Sierra Dills, the manager is exceptional. I work in insurance and needed help getting a manufacturer plate off a fireplace in a condo my client owns and rents through Wyndham. Sierra coordinated her maintenance team to help get all of the info needed for a policy we were working on. I'm not a guest and she did not have to help but did, happily and promptly. Highly recommend these people, I'm sure if they take this much care of their condo owners, you'll have even better treatment as a guest.”

“Truly exceptional spa hotel. My friends and I stayed at the hotel nearly the entire day, every day we were in Leavenworth. If you want a quiet place to relax and recharge, this is definitely it.”

“Front desk lady was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Room clean and worked well for our group of 3. Just outside of all there is in the small town, but it was nice for quiet, restful sleeping. Breakfast was good. A/C wonderful as it was so hot! Nice size pool, though we did not use it. Too many kids. Maybe have adult hours at night?”

“The owners were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. The river view was perfect left our window open to listen. Loved how the had a little table and chairs set up for every room to enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable. And room nice sized. All river views”

“Honestly pretty great little place for the off-season weekend price (about $100 before tax). Free parking, comfy bed and pillows, looks recently updated & rooms pretty clean. Right off the main strip, just a few minute walk to the downtown area.

It is a self contained room with a key pad/PIN code that does not work until check in (4pm), therefore no “front desk person” exists here. Biggest qualm is the 10am checkout, I would highly suggest extending checkout time until at least 11am.”
