Icicle Village Resort is a great, family-friendly place to stay, close to Leavenworth and walkable to downtown. It is a solid, family-friendly hotel with enough to do where you don’t necessarily have to walk into town all the time. The resort is very good for kids, with two pools, a hot tub, miniature golf, an on-site playground, and a game room. The rooms are fine, clean, and updated; condos are wonderful and recommended for larger parties. The staff is all very friendly, exceptionally helpful, super kind, engaging, accommodating, and incredibly kind and gracious. The front desk staff is very nice and prompt in responding. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is the best, the restaurant is delicious, and it has a beautiful view. It is a pretty touristy place with lots of people, so it is not for those seeking solitude in the woods. Guests highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
I stayed here in the midst of a family emergency. The staff was incredibly kind and gracious with us despite the chaos we brought with us. Rooms were clean and updated. The extra sink outside the bathroom was also a huge help!

Great place for families to stay in general. Two pools, hot tub, mini golf and close to Leavenworth. Only down side is that it’s pretty touristy and lots of people. If you’re looking for a solid family friendly place to stay this is great. If you solitude in the woods this is not that.

Awesome! Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were big. They are dog friendly!!
