This NAPA CREW is AMAZING (Kevin, Luke, Jacob)! We are here as medical support for the wildfire, when our trailer had a electronic malfunction and the trailer lights were not working. Kevin and Luke got under the vehicle and started to work on the issue, fixing it in under 5 minutes. We are very grateful for your knowledge and assistance. THANK YOU NAPA!

Super friendly staff, was a slow Sunday when I needed to get a tire patch kit, pointed me in the right direction and even walked me over. Had some pleasant conversation and then went on our way. Glad they're here and open Sundays!

Kevin checked me out for just a couple 2025 batteries. Regardless, dude was on fire. Answering phones, cheery without being fake, and just seemed on top of it. Don't see customer service like that any more. I really appreciate it when I get it. 5/5

Giving a shout out to Nick! This guy is a customer service rock star, and we had a very positive experience with him. We had to jump start our truck from Lake Wenatchee State Park due to a dead battery, and drove to Leavenworth to NAPA to see if they had the battery we needed. Nick researched the correct battery for our truck, and even went outside to look under the hood to make sure and was SO helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Thanks again Nick, you rock!!!

The guys here were so helpful when we needed a new battery for our car, they made sure that we had all the tools we needed to get it installed. They also suggested a cab service to us and helped us connect to them when they realized we had walked the way there. Thank you again for all your help!!

It's a Napa repair shop.
No auto parts store, have to go to Wenatchee.
I'm sure the repair shop does great work but I needed tools.
