Something was wrong with the coolant temperature sensor maybe idk... the car said it was under 100 degrees and I know that is definitely not good.I'm just the girlfriend sitting in the warm car. My bf and this guy are working together. He is running back and forth from the front engine to the store! I'm not sure if this in his job description but he's literally hands on helping out! I don't come down to Leavenworth often but I remember everyone is so nice here. Thanks jerry auto supply! Hopefully we make it back home!

Jerry's Auto supply their employees are always helpful they don't have her over you unless you look confused then they offer their help but I like Jerry and their employees that's why I go there and remember if you don't know just ask Dell help

My husband and I were on a camping/hiking vacation in early June, when our Tahoe overheated halfway up the mountain to hike Colchuck. After two hours of coasting down the mountain on neutral and pulling over to the side of the road to allow the engine to cool down, we finally made it to NAPA. We could not have asked for better customer service. After my husband's unsuccessful attempts at removing the piece that had broken from the hose, Colton (the NAPA employee working at the front counter) came out to lend a hand. Colton was not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. He spent over an hour and a half trying to help remove the broken piece. The temperature was over 90 degrees, yet Colton stayed outside under the hood of the car trying to help us. Through the efforts of Colton, a knowledgeable mechanic next door, and a wonderful customer, they were able to remove the broken piece and install a new hose. They stayed with us as the coolant was filled and the RPMs tested. They had us test drive the Tahoe before letting us loose. Once everything looked good, they told us to let them know if we needed any further assistance. We truly appreciate Colton going above and beyond what was expected as an employee. He was our saving grace that day and we are forever grateful!

Went in to return a foglight bulb for a Subaru bought at another NAPA store b/c appeared (by #) to be incorrect. Spoke with rep who looked it up and while # was off found it would be an adequate replacement though not an exact one. Wattage was different, size was different but would work. Sure enough it did and saved me a 40 mile rt to wenatchee. Consult wad much appreciated.
