Orderd orange tea hot and they added the whole of the tea bag (string n paper included). Not coolN orderd a turkey sammich and they didnt even try to assemble it beautifully like the pesto was on the right side :( NOT COOL yall couldve tried better?

Walked in to a puddle of a drink spilled under one table that was running into the table adjacent to it. There was trash all over the floor. The counters were filthy with dried and new spills over every surface, trash overflowing next to the ipad that the workers are touching in between orders...it was appauling.And least of all it took 10 minutes to complete a green tea order when there was no one else in the store.0/10 do not recommend.

Your drink takes forever to get. I ordered a basic steamer. Not too many people inside and I waited over 20 mins for a drink. Insane!

Drive-thru service was great. The barista misheard part of the order and was very polite with my corrections. Window service was spot on - friendly, but also not trying to learn my life history. The drink orders were made perfectly and hit the spot after a hike in the snow. I was pleasantly surprised at the service despite of the slew of previous negative reviews. Looked like the walk up service was very busy (not surprising) and I received my 5 drinks very quickly. Would definitely come here again.

This place was trashed spilled drink and no one to clean it, no napkins, no stoppers, no baked goods. What in the world happened.Friendly cashier but just not enough staff.

This is the worst Starbucks I ever been to in my entire life and I love Starbucks this Starbucks is the most DIRTY . Disgusting. Everywhere the lady who was making the drink her hair was all over her body. I have on a video. I don't know if you can see it.ahhh I hope Starbucks see this message

The mobile app lied. Said 10 min, over a 90 mjn later with no drinks. Not the staff's fault. They should have stopped all orders to clear the chaos.

Service is horrid, abysmal and lacking compassion and empathy! Never have I had such a bad experience. My order was wrong and rather than kindly accepting responsibility and helping they pointed fingers and became defensive. Then placing waiting to correct my order for several minutes. I have come to expect a level of courtesy from Starbucks. The workers teased and made off handed comments about me and my family behind the counter. When asking for a manager they said one wasn’t available. I will be going to corporate about this. I get everyone has a bad day, but this was something else.

Saturday around 10:45 am, my family and I visited the Front Street location in Leavenworth to get some coffee. I ordered two drinks both to be iced. When the Barista called my name, the coffee was not iced, so I simply stated, these were supposed to be iced. I was not mad, I was not upset, I was not rude, I simply said these were supposed to be iced. The answer I received was, rude and not a good customer experience. The answer was sharp and it was, "That's not what the sticker says." Then another barista came over to explain my drinks to me, he said this is the SF vanilla, and I said, again, not angry, no attitude, I know, but I asked for them to be iced. You would have thought that I peed on their Wheaties. The two baristas quickly huddled and gave me the side eye. Again, I was not demanding, I did not throw a fit, that is not my character. My family waited with me for my two drinks to be remade. All the while, we were given the side eye. My first drink came back iced, hopefully not with spit about 7 minutes after this. I saw them grab the cups, place the new sticker on, set them on top of the coffee press and just sit empty, while they made about 7 other customers drinks, instead of fixing mine. My first drink was made, and the barista called my name. 7 minutes to make it iced was seemingly longer than it should have been. BUT, I was made to wait another 10 minutes to get my second drink iced. I watched that cup sit empty AF. The barista knew it was there the whole time. While this was happening the barista and the one that told me which drink was what, chatted, laughed, wiped off the counter, but what they did not do was make my drink. When I finally got my second drink, I said to the barista, thank you and I am sorry the sticker didn't say iced. She was so insincere, and for whatever reason so pissed off that I can't even understand, because it wasn't like I said can you make this drink with the feathers of 100 birds, one cocoa bean lightly roasted, not too hot, and one ice cube. All I wanted was for the drinks to be iced, which I asked for at the register. She said to me, "It's no problem." Really? Because the little huddles, the side eyes and snark said that it was and what continued to be and I still do not know why. All I said was, these were supposed to be iced. I understand that customer service is hard, it can be demanding, and there will be tough days, but I did not cause the response that I received. My family took note as well, and when they asked for a manager, the baristas were 100% on the defense, and just pointed to the back for the business cards of the managers, which don't even have phone numbers for the managers just email addresses. Again, I just said they were supposed to be iced. No profanity, no anger, just wanting what I asked for. If that is what pisses the employees off to seemingly a snarky end, they don't belong in front of people. If were the manager of that store, I would be ashamed of how my employees treat people. It was not even close to necessary, nor appreciated. We only stopped there because it was familiar. I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else. Likely the coffee would not be burnt as it usually is with Starbucks in the first place and the locals would be better off and happier with the customers and would want o secure that better reputation for their business, which they 100% would. Making the customer happy, should be #1, not acting pissed because the drink was supposed to be iced, because that is not at all hard.

It’s a Starbucks, not much more to say except like everything around Leavenworth it’s building and letter font is in the style of the area to give a sense of wholesome and quaintness. I honestly don’t expect anything else from the company and businesses around. It’s without a doubt charming, but it comes with its cost…¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just saying

Awesome seats to sit down with wifi, laptop, and a coffee. Really clean with a nice fireplace too!
