They have lost or wrong delivery a few of my packages in the last 2 years. They need a better organization

2023: friendly staff, helped us to find our relatives’ mailed ashes. Staff (some) can speak Spanish. And a great place to mail & pick up packages for PCT thru hikers.

Second time I've been into this post office while there is a line of people and no post office employee to be found for 5-10+ min. Can obviously hear them working in the back but they seem to not care about the people that are spending their time waiting on service...
