I really enjoyed the Waterfront Park snowshoe stroll! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the area’s native and natural history and it felt like a beginner-level adventure. They even added hot chocolate and tea at the end which was really sweet. Amazing value for the small price, I highly recommend.

WRI hosted an event in the Red Barn where I, a writer from three states away, was invited to read. They were hospitable and the space was wonderful and I loved it. Nice to read at a place where one may jump in the river beforehand during the hottest part of the day. I wish all venues were like this.

This was our first time snowshoeing and it was so fun! The weather was beautiful and we got to learn about the land. I would say this tour is mostly informative, you get to learn more about your surroundings and the history of the land. It's less active and more so a casual walking tour. Our tour guides were great! Highly recommend if you have never done this before

We went on the Oct 14 2021 autumn amble and it was GREAT. Both Rachael and Dee were informative and easily answered our questions and gave us the historical facts of this beautiful spot. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk and information and encourage ALL to join in.

Such a great little snowshoe tour, Joshua and Beth were a delight! We learned about the town, it's people, and nature and even got a hot chocolate treat at the end! Can't wait to come back in the summer and do the hatchery tour!

Great snow-shoe tour! Our guide, Joshua, did an amazing job of acknowledging the land’s history and the indigenous people who call it home as well as engaging kids of all ages and teaching the group about local plants and animals. The bald eagle sighting was by far my favorite part of the day with the hot cocoa coming in a close second :) Highly highly recommend this tour if you’re in the Leavenworth area.

I had an amazing experience at the snowshoe stroll at the Fish Hatchery with Joshua! It was so fun to snowshoe for the first time and learn about all the plants and animals that help the land thrive!
