Denise was so respectful and knowledgeable, got me the correct battery and allowed me to borrow tools to switch it out in the matter of minutes. Was very impressed with NAPA, thank you!”

“The light I needed for my reverse brakes, was only two dollars. I was frantically digging in my car, trying to look for my registry card, to make sure we got the right one. He came out and told me he was about to close, and he would love to help me. He as in the guy that was working here. I imagine he’s the owner. He helped me find the right one and I thanked him profusely for his help!”
