The best in staff and service. I give them my money and they give it back when I need it! What more can I ask from a bank! Actually, there is more, including investing services, safe deposit boxes and notary public. They have it all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved to the area and opened a bank account on June 16th at the Key Bank in Long Beach on June 17th I sold one of my vehicles to the Ford dealership in Astoria and deposited the large check. I was told by the teller that they would slowly release the funds to my account. I bought a new vehicle on Saturday and am waiting to pick it up. Unfortunately for me Key Bank has not released any of the funds and will not release them until June 25th which by the way is on a Saturday. I tried to explain that I can't pick up my new car until they release the funds. I was told that there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY the funds can be released earlier than the 25th because it is a new account. This is not what I call costumer service. This is not acceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Our business account was completely wiped out by somebody that committed fraud key Bank told us that it would be up to 30 days to refund the money then said it could take 3 months now we're going on 5 months and have not been refunded a dime this is our business account how we buy materials and do payroll absolutely ridiculous I would definitely not recommend using KeyBank or any of their branches we are much happier with our new credit Union as for an update the shadow that commented on my response to KeyBank committing theft and many banking violations nothing was settled no payments have been made key Bank still holds my money getting ready to turn it over to several big news stations with all the paperwork to back it up this is theft and this is not going to be let go

Most of the workers here are snooty, stuck up jerks with the exception of one! I forget her name but she is the first banker in the right cubicle. Very helpful lady. But the rest, oh my god! What corporate CEO did they blow to get the job? All of the banks on the peninsula suck. You're better off going to Wells Fargo across the river.

Expect to call numerous times and talk to multiple tellers if you need anything done. But by then it's generally too late ? older female teller is miserable with no compassion

One star because you can't give zero. Without an account you need more than a passport and social security card to cash a payroll check from this very branch. If I took four checks signed over to me in to be cashed and for whatever reason was told I couldn't cash them, and the teller gave me 3 back instead of all four, once I make it back thru the line she tells me she can't give me the fourth check back because it was "found" and since not written to me I have to get the writer of the check to pick it up, or the person that signed it over to me.... Seriously??? She didn't hand it back, just minutes ago, with the three others.

Very rude and unhelpful. I wanted to bank with them because they were the biggest bank in town, but no go. I'll take my small business checking account elsewhere I guess.

Let's be honest all banks are annoying and no one really loves them but Key Bank takes the crap cake. Oh where to start on this comedy of errors!?! First verifying my home address, my statement from the internet company with my address won't work but I can have my uncle who owns the home I live in sign the utility bill and write that I live there on it. But couldn't anyone write and sign that saying they were the owner you ask!?! Second the money I transferred to open the account is nowhere to be found when I'm finally fed up and decide to close the never opened account, it took at least four employees over an hour and a half to figure it out. Third they want to charge me $25 to "close" the account early that was literally never open because they didn't have the "correct" address verification. Fourth when they did finally find my transferred money I go in to close the account and their computer system is down, ok I'll wait. And wait. And wait. After being there almost an hour I go up to the counter and the system is back up, I'm so glad someone mentioned it was up again, apparently the Key Bank lobby is the happening place to hangout and they assumed I was just chilling there. Wish I would've asked around before trying to open an account there because I've heard from numerous people in town this bank is the worst, glad to be done with them.
