Price sounded nice but was never able to connect to actually rent a space. I initially called and spoke with a woman, who verified she has uncovered outdoor spaces available. I told her that I’d be there that evening after I finished unloading my U-Haul trailer. However, when I showed, nobody was there. I personally left three voicemails over three days, called several other times and showed up three separate days and times and never received a call back nor connected with anyone but the manager’s son, (who was nice). When her son let me talk to his mom, she was rude. Would NOT recommend this place. Would give zero stars if I could. I took my business and money elsewhere, and am so happy I did.

Really terrible customer service here. I called several times and never got a call back. I would avoid and to Chinook instead.

This place has the worst customer service, ever! I called at least six times (went to voicemail) and left messages and they never called me back. I found a great place in Chinook instead.

Convenient yes ... Customer service? not so much ....yet space for the biggest vehicles ... Current situation is "not returning phone calls" I don't think they actually listen to messages. In answer to management ... I needed an answer to a question regarding dead batteries and options for getting help ... I left my number ... I visited your office several times in person ... Knocked on the doors during business hours, there was someone home but they ignored the knock. Being a customer and I left my name ... Between the name and a number ... And I never got any response ... I stand by my review.
