Josh came out to look at my basement that was getting water inside it from all the heavy rainfall recently. When they got here they told me how easy of a fix it was! Great experience and highly recommend!

We were in a bind and needed a contractor to come look at our foundation quickly. Called about 15-20 different places, some didn’t answer, some never called back, and some weren’t able to do the task we were needing. Our realtor got us in touch with Josh- who at the very least answered his phone, but then was able to get out to our house and give us a reasonable quote very quickly! Thanks again!

We had a great experience with Advanced Waterproofing!
Josh was very prompt in communicating and site visit/estimate and then worked on scheduling to align with other work being done.
We had under floor insulation, expanded foam penetration sealing, pipe wrapping, concrete crack filling and plates, foundation pier replacement and improvements, AND 10mil vapor barrier.
All work is top notch and they are meticulous on job site cleanliness - with runners and other forms of protection.
Will surely use them again and completely recommend them.

I appreciate the fact that Josh answered my calls and texts and completed 2 jobs that no or contractors wanted to do. Advance water proofing we're prompt, courteous and completed my jobs in a timely manner. They were professional and did nice work.

Was able to fix my shower, and floor rot as well as some pipe issues, and didn't hesitate to come back free of charge to complete the job after some new things came up.

The work was ok. It was a small job with a big price tag. Josh explained the job and what they would do then left off a couple of the steps during the actual work. I asked about a warranty of the work and was told 5 years. When i requested the warranty information in writing, there was no response.
Advanced waterproofing is ok but wouldnt count on them to stand behind their work. When things get hairy, you want a company that will address issues.

I rarely write reviews and this is my only negative review. The person who came in after advanced waterproofing encouraged me to write a review. I requested work be finished after issues w toilet and drains came up. I received only lame excuses. After assuring me it was guaranteed, I received no help. The toilet install was included on the original estimate. As was clearing the drains “Its all included in the package, we do it all.” So don’t bother. They will find a way to wiggle out, was my experience. Josh would rather talk than work.

Advanced Waterproofing/Josh was referred to me by Molecular Sewer & Drain, and I couldn't be more pleased. My basement garage has been seeping in water for awhile preventing us from using it as storage.
Josh was friendly and was very communicative with everything he was about to do. I live in another state and was unable to be there for the project. But he called me, sent me pictures and videos keeping me well informed on every step. He also noticed some cracks in the wall and suggested some strapping as well as remediating some mold issues due to the seeping.
If I ever have any problems or projects in the future, I won't hesitate in contacting him again.
