“I had bought a washer and dryer set from them in December and it started to throw a code on my dryer this month in February. They were so quick to come out and look at it. Ordered any of the parts it could be and replaced them all! My dryer is working better than ever and I am so thrilled with their customer service. “Rented a 36" trencher to lay down some electrical conduit. The rig worked great, but be prepared to have a pressure washer ready to deep-clean before bringing any digging equipment back or risk paying a hefty cleaning fee...with our sticky soil a garden hose is not enough. It was a stressful and expensive job, but was made significantly better thanks to fantastic customer service from Miranda. Give that lady a bonus!”

“I have bought a big screen TV in the past from Aaron’s. It was a wonderful experience.Yesterday, Deryn and Carter from Longview Aaron’s, were handing out flyers in my neighborhood. It was raining and I was by myself. I’m a single mom. I was in the back of my truck in the rain, thinking how I was going to unload a cabinet I bought that has a granite top. Extremely heavy!!! Deryn and Carter showed up in the Aaron’s truck. I was joking and said that I was glad they showed up just for me because they knew I needed help…lol. Needless to say, both Deryn and Carter moved that cabinet to my front porch. That meant so much to me!! Thank you so much for the help that you didn’t have to render. You both go above and beyond.”

“These guys just finished cleaning my insert. The first thing they did was cover the carpets! They got right to the business at hand, pointed out some minor issues that were corrected, explained what to watch out for (both wood and equipment), and when to call. Professional and friendly - the best around!”
