My husband's sim card died on his phone and our agent Mark Antonov was extremely helpful. He even talked me into upgrading my S20 to the new S24 and I couldn't be happier. In this day of lacking customer service I have to admit Mark was the kindest, knowledgeable and most helpful person I've met in a long time. Thank you Mark for all that you did you were great.

I went in to get my screen protector for my iPhone 15 pro max replaced under warranty as it had gotten cracked. Everything was fine until I got home and realized that I had paid $10 for some employee to do such a bad job, and put the protector on so crooked, the front cameras noticeably half blurry due to the screen protector not being placed on correctly. Instead of using the tray that comes with the screen protector to apply it perfectly(or at least better than he did), Joe Schmoe(I wish I could remember his name but sadly I can’t) thought he was better than the tried and true application system that worked perfectly when I got my phone 2-3 months prior, and messed it up. I went to Walmart to get myself a whole new screen protector because I don't want to deal with the incompetence of employees who can't follow simple instructions, and have to wait another 15 minutes for someone else to screw it up.

Mark did an excellent job helping me with my wireless service! If I had a question, he knew the answers! He also helped me to get the best deals to save the most money! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could! Fantastic experience!

Sales rep Spencer was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and even helped our 4 yr old daughter out by putting something kid friendly on the tv for her! Also the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! ????
