Had an absolutely incredible experience, Mark was personable and helped us find the devices and plans we needed, he was knowledgable and took the time to answer all our questions, and was still way quicker than any other phone sales person we've ever worked with! would definitely recommend all my family and friends to go see mark at att in Longview

Once again, the technology clinicians at the AT&T store rescued me from the results of my most recent outbreak of newtechnologitus.The ringer on my new iPhone wouldn't ring anymore. Worked great for a month or so and then, a week ago, not. Missing calls and other noisy declarations finally started to cause communications issues with wifey and co-workers.I tried every menu adjustment that had to do with sound within the iPhone firmware embedded in my phone. I also messed with the Bluetooth settings, the general sound settings and even hovered my finger over the dreaded RESET DEFAULT SETTINGS link for about 10 seconds; just long enough for the jitters to set in before I made a fatal mistake.So, instead of hitting the RESET button, I went down to my AT&T store today and screamed for help. In about 30 seconds, Tom and Mallori pointed out that the ringer switch on the side of the phone was shut off.Yeah, I know.Didn’t know it was even there under the Otter Box flap. Not a fan of Apple technologies.

Josh helped us with a problem we’ve been trying to solve with our billing for days. Josh immediately spotted the problem, went through our whole billing cycles and corrected. Everything 0200. During this process he was polite kind 431-7962 and it’s kind of employee. You should be very proud of you. Thank you Janet Swanson

Came in 2 weeks ago was quoted around 700$ to 750$ for a trade in of an iPhone 11 to go towards getting the new iPhone 15. Came back 10/13 and that quote is now around 300$. A small drop in price would’ve been ok but 400$ to 450$ of a difference is too much.

Busy. Lots of bored and hyper kiddos with unattentiave parents. Reps not usuing their resources well enough (two reps with one customer) too many customers- several left due to the wait. Wish the phone or online service was better so we don’t have to go through this abuse every single time

I had made an appointment in advance. When I walked in the store, I was greeted politely. My issue was resolved in under five minutes. I believe the two gentlemen helping me were Adrian and Gerald. I can’t be certain on the names. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I really appreciate the service I received.

Wanted to return direct tv streaming box because it would not connect with my Wi-Fi. Employees apparently did not know how to do that. Left after 20 minutes and told Montana to have them call me when it was figured out. That was 10:00 this morning. Now 1:35. O call

The local Longview office ordered my replacement phone because they did not have it in stock. I requested that it be shipped there because I do not trust that it would come to me and was concerned about that. They said that they could not have it shipped to the store (which Verizon will do) And my device was shipped and the same day the tracking said that it was returned to sender the same day at the request of the sender. I called the local store, they would do nothing about it. I had to call 611 and speak to someone oversees with a bad connection and they were also not able to help. I really wish that since these companies no longer actually help anyone that they just don't even bother having a brick and mortar store. Very very poor customer service and I will be looking into other options that do not include At&T. I was happy with the CSR who initially helped me with my purchase, Beau, but the store policies are not in the best interest of the customers.
