Quite literally the rudest and most deplorable customer service (disservice) skills of any bank employees I’ve encountered since I’ve been banking, which is almost 30 years!I just walked 2 miles, fast paced to get here before they closed. I even called this morning to confirm they could exchange foreign currency for me. They couldn’t bother answering their phone so it bumped me to the national call center. They confirmed, yet said nothing about account holder requirements. So after speed walking 2 miles to get here before they close at 4PM…. They refused to help me and were actually real jerks about it. I even Asked the customer behind me who was also a jerk, and as I was leaving I asked Another customer if he could exchange it for me.. he reluctantly agreed … then the teller told him he shouldn’t exchange it for me!!!!! What a total scumbag! I can’t believe how disgustingly rude these people are! It’s truly shocking to me just how vindictive and soulless these people were to me… it’s no wonder I closed My account with this putred, vile and disgusting bank! I’d suggest you do the same, as I can’t imagine they treat their members much better than the abhorrent way they just treated me!

Always long lines to see a teller. Mobile app cannot read a check half the time. A very frustrating bank. The customer does not come first at this bank. No Saturday hours of operation.

Friendly, but standing in line for twenty minutes so far.. One cashier and two merchants ahead of me. He's still working on the 2nd merchant.

Fast clean and never have a problem but the drive through could be a lil wider my truck barely fits especially when you go to pull out cuz you have to turn to the right but keep the car straight so you don't hit the curb

One teller working and a line a mile long. Spent over 30 minutes waiting in line to deposit a check. If they can't hire tellers increase the monthly mobile deposit limit.

Great customer service. I'm wondering if this Longview branch will be staying open. Because I went there in the middle of the week at around 3pm and they had a sign that they were closed. Costumer's need to know we'll in advance if this brach is closeing for good in the near future. I have 4 accounts there, and all other locations are out of the way.

My card information was stolen, someone tried to use it in New York. Went to the bank to reverse charges, and get a debit card. The teller flipped my card over, pointed at the phone number on the back and told me “ call that number” This was the last straw. From outrageous fees to charging 15.00 for a cashiers check to rude tellers? I think I need a new bank
