My autistic brother was with me and even with him being super loud, kinda grumpy and energetic, she was patient. She and another worker complimented his dragons from the new how to train your dragon movie and showed interest in what he was into. It was nice to have a good experience with him in public because that’s hard with someone with his form of autism. “Relatively new guy, here at Key Bank Longview branch. Opening this account was prompted by information provided to me, that wasn't true. I asked if Key Bank, could exchange foreign currency, specifically Ukrainian. I was told yes, they could, so I opened an account. When I returned with the currency, they couldn't do anything with it, besides question next in charge, & so on, scratching their head. That was not a surprise, as it's likely they handle no foreign currency. I understand the employees efforts to please a customer, sometimes without full knowledge of services available to an individual, and likely, was not addressed in any training efforts by management? I could've told you what to do with it, but I wasn't offered money to open my account.. lol.! Subsequent visits have resulted in outstanding services. Race, you're doing fantastic in the hurdles you face, pleasant disposition, every time. Fabiane,I can't thank you enough, or properly for your outstanding service, will you be my valentine? ?VRM lol . Have a great day folks, I'll see you all soon..”

“Wow is all I can say. I used to be with many other banks in my life and they are nothing compared to Fiber Federal Credit Union. Everyone is so nice and so helpful and they work with you to make your life better and easier in so many ways. I just called Kim today and just had some questions about loans and stuff and she went out of her way to save me a $150 dollars a month on my bills each month. And even lowered my interest rate on my car loan without me even asking for it. I mean what bank does that? Fiber Federal Credit union is who does that. I will never ever use another bank again. And I guarantee at whatever bank you are at now if you moved your accounts over to Fiber Federal you will be glad you did I guarantee it. If you want your mind blown by being with the best bank in the world just sign up get an account and then get educated about the resources they have to help you. I guarantee you will be amazed.”
