They had exactly what I needed and went in there for, the sales girl was extremely helpful and it was the highlight of my entire day. And I only spent 10$ so their prices are good too. Over all i give BIG 5 a 10 out of 10.

I had the best customer service at Longview Washington's big 5. The woman that helped me in shoe department helped me with tieing shoe laces, made sure I was happy with the shoes I purchased and helped me with my price range. I will be going back and tell others big 5 is good place to get shoes.
