Boost Mobile provides great customer service with really friendly employees. Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist with problems, upgrades, and new phones. They offer helpful support with devices, plans, and pricing information. The service is noted for being completely cheaper for cellphones and plans. Customers report being very happy with the efficient and exceptional help they receive.
