Working with Troy and the rest of the team at Bud Clary to purchase our new Subaru was a great experience! Troy was very patient, helpful and responsive through the whole process. Since we live 2 hours away from the dealership, Troy ensured that when we arrived, everything was ready to go. Ron did an excellent job handling the financing side of things and we appreciated the time he took to cover all of the options we had including extended warranties, service plans, etc. I would highly recommend the team at Bud Clary for your next vehicle purchase.

I’ve been in the process of purchasing a car with Bud Clary Subaru, but communication has been extremely poor. It’s been over two weeks without a clear update, and when I called to ask questions, the finance officer said he was “working on it” and ended the call before I could ask anything further.
I expected better professionalism and transparency from a local business. It’s frustrating to be left waiting this long without basic courtesy or follow-up.

Jacob sold us a new Outback at Bud Clary’s Subaru to replace our previous one which was in a wreck and expected to be in the body shop for weeks. On the lot filled with Subarus, he found the model, color, and the exact features we wanted. Couldn’t be happier.
