I've been a customer at Chase for 38 years through many acquisitions starting with Home Savings and Loan in California.I've received nothing but excellent service.. Our current branch in Longview Washington has met all questions and needs using many different services, All bankk managers have been helpfu and eager to go the extra mile and it has not gone unnoticed. Our current manager at the Longview wa.( Ann) has been outstanding, professional, personable and accomodating. Ann represents chase in a manner that upper management should be honored to have on there team.

The chase bank atTriangle center Longview Washington most unprofessional bank manger in history! Ann so called manager is horrible yells at customers and doesn’t know how to speak correctly, so very rude, no customer service skills at all! Worst bank manager ever! Chase corporate locked me out of my account that I had just moved savings into. i had to drive 90 minutes to this branch and missed half a day of work.Brandon Passmore demonstrated top tier banking service and had to multi-task because he was the only one working the branch banking side at this location. He truly stepped up and filled the gap as much as possible where Chase corporate failed me.I would highly recommend Chase promote Brandon to Senior Management as soon as possible. He is a rare example of optimized customer service and knowledge base. Brandon, thank you.

Saturday 7/10/2021 about 6:15pm we went to the outside ATM to withdraw money from our business account and the machine acted as if it was trying to dispense the cash but we never received it. The phone # on the ATM is to Chase and we could not get a hold of anyone at all to report it or find out why we didn't get our $$. We couldn't get anyone on the business customer service and ended up calling the # for our personal account. Fortunately the cash we tried to withdraw was showing credited back but we should not have had to call customer service from the personal side to inquiry about our business account. Ended up going inside the atrium to use the ATM. 1) the phone # on the ATM should have 24/7 answering 2) we should be able to contact someone in customer anytime about our business...especially because we are on the road working, we don't have 9-5 banking hours

Due to covid-19 I used the internet to open a new bank account 3 days before Xmas. The debit card would be delivered between 3 and 5 business days.I could not wait that long. So I called chase Bank in longview. The person that answered was very helpful and suggested I come to the branch and pay $5 to have card delivered between 1 and 3 business days. The very next morning UPS delivered my new star wars Darth Vader debit card. In less than 24 hours the level of service surpassed other local banks. Thank you !

Extremely rude and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! They seem to go out of their way to NOT help you. If I could give negative stars I could!
