Had a bunch of charges from apple and amazon that weren't authorized filed a claim and because I didn’t catch it within 60 days if first charge they declined even though charges were in the last week. Plus to top it off they sent out letter that there was a hack from these companies.

Walk in while receiving a phone call and a staff member follows me to interupt my call? I dont get it, i excused myself into the doorway out of courtesy of other customers. Maybe you guys should go back to kindergarten when i learned mannerisms. Dont worry wont be back.

I am not fond of the location area of this Longview office, and hard to get to as a new resident to Longview, but the customer service has always been helpful & friendly, either in person or drive thru.

I started with Columbia Bank when I lived close to Tacoma. I’ve had nothing but helpful experiences when getting customer service. They even know the name of my dog and give him a dog biscuit when we go in.

This place lacks logic and has horrible customer service. So as a business owner you can’t take cash or change into the branch and have them counted. You have to know the exact total or they won’t count it at all. However, if you just give them a random number and they’ll count it for you. Either way if your totals off they will ensure it’s accurate on their end. So another words they just want you to lie to them. The Idiocracy of that business practice is baffling.After being a customer 22 years, I’m out. The assistant manager has a serious attitude problem and lacks the skills to treat customers with respect. Especially long-term business partners. No thank you!

I can't believe this bank is still open. Always a pain, everytime I go in (when I could) there is less and less people working in side, more empty offices. This bank just refuses to adapt to the times, and is getting eclipsed by other local credit unions like Fibre, and Red Canoe.I cant express how much I dread going to this bank once a month.

I cant believe columbia bank doesn't have a deposit option on their atm. I definitely need to leave columbia for a better bank! This is outragious!

This guy seen a car driving up and walked away for almost 10 min. I spent over 18 min in the drive up to get cash. Should have used the atm. Unreal!
