My experience at Bud Clary ford in Longview was nothing short of amazing. They never pressured or rushed me to purchase a car. Travis, the salesman that guided me through the process was very helpful, relatable and informative. I would definitely return to them and their homely environment again.

I had my car worked on at the Ford company in Longview had $3000 worth of work on it.
Then, they swipe my card without telling me before they did it. It will be a 3% surcharge for using a credit card or debit card. This is stupidity, a $5 charge for using the credit card's wiping system. Whatever they call it
Should have been applied, so a person that pays $200 pays less than a person that hash has a $3000 bill. My bill cost me an extra $100. I will never use a company that company ever again.

This is the worse service team I have ever had had to work with. It takes months to get a job done. To many run arounds and additional charges are every call.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. Car has been there since mid August (with the exception of the less than a day I had it back until it broke down again because of an error their technician made). Car is still there torn apart. Mislead by departments, given the run around, ignored by the GM when I emailed and asked to talk to him (and even stood in the delership and asked to talk to him). They really don't care about the customer at all. I've been a Ford fan for a long time, but this is making me question my loyalty.
Update: After posting the review, the GM reached out. The sales side took good care of me replacing my broken vehicle, were easy to work with, and did everything they could to make it right.
Still say avoid the service department, but the sales team (especially Travis), are fantastic to work with.

The transmission on my 2016 Ford Escape failed and required a totally new transmission at a cost double the remaining value of the car. The Bud Clary team helped me find an affordable used car and were very fair in the trade in value for my non working car. Travis Anderssen was a wonderful and truly helpful sales person answering the many questions I had in order to make the best decision. Marshall Brock in finance helped find a low rate and the sales manager Clint was fair and helped me get the best deal. Overall good sales experience and also post sale follow up. Thank you for your great service and NOT making it a nightmare to buy a car!
