My vehicle was towed in and not even looked at for nearly two months. Little to no communication on the vehicle’s status unless I initiated it. The one thing we asked was for communication & status, which was rarely given unless I initiated the contact. Was sent to voicemail more often than not. When I finally got the vehicle back it was filthy (grease prints inside & on the windows - in & out) & the front passenger carpet & mat were soaked & moldy, as well as mold on some of the back indoor panels. No explanation. Will not go back for any reason other than the oil changes already pre-purchased.

Ron Burson helped us get just the right vehicle for our family. This is the 2nd vehicle in a year that we purchased through them. Ron called to check and see how my other vehicle was working for us and unfortunately I had just received the total loss news of my Traverse. Upon hearing this he was more than helpful in finding a new vehicle for us. As soon as he knew what our price range was and what we were looking for he sent several links for vehicles that fit those needs. Once we found one that we liked he worked with me and my crazy schedule to find a time that my husband and I could come in and test drive/possibly purchase. He had the vehicle up front and ready for us upon arrival. He was super friendly throughout the entire process. When we decided to purchase he helped us through all the steps and the financial department was amazing as well! They completely filled my gas tank at no cost and the entire team was a joy to do business with.

This is almost the shittiest service I've ever seen. went there for an oil change and tire rotation that was included in the purchase of vehicle, took almost 3 hours, and they didn't even rotate the tirescame back with a list of things that needed immediate attention. What a scam..

Went in last weekend to check out one of the SUV vehicles on their lot, We had Kayla help us with the journey. Kayla was very knowledgeable and friendly, super excited to show us all the cool features and extras the vehicle had. When it came to something she didn't know there was no hesitation on her end to figure it out. The car test drive was super fun just cruising around and testing the vehicles limits was almost like just a Friday night cruise with good friends and conversation. If ever in the future we look into another vehicle I will definitely be requesting she be the one to enjoy the ride with. Highly recommend if your in the market for a new ride go see Kayla you wont be disappointed.

I always go to get my oil change here. This time even though I had 27,500 miles on it they insisted that I had to complete a 30,000 mile check up. I tried to ask the associate if it had to be done that day or if it could be done in a couple months or by the next oil change. He didn't give me a definitive answer, and then asked if I was worried about the cost. Obviously I was. I was glad to witness the customer in front of me be told that she has to pay with a debit card and not cash or credit. Even though i felt bad for her. It gave me time to ask a relative for a small amount that I will have to pay her back after I get paid. This 30,000 mile check cost me $1,600.00 I was obviously not expecting to need to spend over $200 for a down payment. I don't know why the scheduler didn't talk to me about the possibility of the extra tasks. And on the invoice it said that about $600.00 of it was for parts and $900.00 were for the labor. They never called or texted me when they were done either. And they did not give me a new sticker for my next oil change. Also they told me my tires tread is bad, but they don't put any air in my tires. It makes no sense.

Took my 2022 Hyundai in on 10/11/23 for my "Free oil change and tire rotation" the desk staff was friendly and after telling me my oil change and tire rotation were free they presented a form with a list of other services and mentioned that since my car had 13k miles on it and was a year old I may need some other services. When presented the form the customer service rep pointed to 3 prices at the bottom of the form one for each column. I chose the one that I thought said $63 and signed. When called to pay via phone before my car was delivered to work I was told my balance was $870.43. I was in complete shock and asked how on earth my 1 year old car needed $800+ in services. The reply was "I am so sorry ma'am I thought you knew what you were signing" they gave me a $50 discount and I paid $820.43. When presented with the paperwork while getting my car back I realized a tire alignment was listed and asked if my car needed an alignment and was told "we recommend it once a year" nobody could tell me if my alignment was even off prior. To top it off my car has smelled badly of vinegar since the filters were replaced at that appt not sure if it was the type of filter they replaced mine with but it is very strong. Please just be aware as I felt very stupid and taken advantage of at a business I had previously trusted going to after purchasing multiple vehicles there. I am including a picture of the form I signed and you can see the $63 that was pointed at is just a "monthly payment" and the actual amount is $804.50 which includes over $500 in just labor. I will be paying more attention in the future but want others to be aware as this feels like a way to scam people out of more money. If my car had truly needed these services I would not be upset.

Trenton was my guy, he was upbeat and kind personality that made my experience 100% better. He listen to what I needed and got me my perfect car. I had a couple of minor things that needed fixed after I got it but with one text he was on it and got it fixed with in no hesitation. With someone that had no idea what they were doing going in to buying a car he made it a very easy and stress free.
