“Amazing organization - very grateful that they exist! Huge thanks to all the wonderful ladies working at this location. Had multiple troubles while traveling through the area and this group went way above our expectations providing us with towels, blankets, etc., along with a lot of helpful recourses. Highly recommend these good humans!!!”
“This is the best Thrift store in Longview in my opinion. Always smells clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. If they see you come in or leave they always acknowledge you with a greeting or a goodbye.. and thanks for their support for the “Emergency Support Shelter and Parents Place”.. Bravo!!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Emergency Support Shelter. My children and I stayed here for three months during one of the most difficult periods of our lives, and the staff supported us with compassion, dignity, and genuine care.
They helped me secure scholarships so I could continue my education, walked with me through court proceedings, answered every question I had, even when I was overwhelmed, and truly wanted to see me succeed. I never felt judged or alone. They provided safety, stability, and emotional support when we needed it most.
Because of this shelter, my children and I have a foundation to rebuild and move forward. I will always be grateful for the incredible work they do for survivors and families in crisis. Thank you for giving us not only shelter, but hope.”
“The Staff are sweet and genuinely caring they treat everyone with respect and do a great job at including the significant other, giving everyone hope and reassurance.”
