“I don’t need this job” “I will walk out right now!!” All this from the employee who was so rude when I asked if my 7 year old could use the restroom. I looked at her in disbelief, where else could I take her in close proximity, she is a child. I was told “well you can talk to the manager she’s right there!” When I went back to talk to the “manager” she and the first rude employee were literally gossiping about the situation… I interrupted them gossiping about the situation and the “manager” told me it was fine for my daughter to use the employee restroom. I looked at the first employee and told her, that is the way to speak to a customer. All of a sudden both were upset and yelling at me in front of my 7 year old. I apologized to my child for the altercation. We were literally rushed to the restroom, when the door closed the employees took the merchandise we were about to purchase, so we left. Shame on you dollar tree, all of this over a literal CHILD needing to use the restroom and simply being reasonable instead of letting your emotions get the best of you. I talked to the Kelso dollar tree and they assured me it was not Beth, that is their actual manager and she wouldn’t have allowed things to go south over a child needing to use the restroom.

Terrible experience last week. I am disabled and was forced to use the register with the broken belt. By the way, has been broken for 2 years. I had to keep showing heavy items along the belt, which in turn hurt my back. When I said something to the cashier, he was pretty rude about it. Then someone who I believe is in management was also very dismissive. This is unacceptable.

I got a lot of household cleaning and other items, I got some sweet Mother's Day cards, some large gift bags... They had pretty much whatever I needed. And they usually do. And I was noticing today how neat everything was stacked up, I have seen Dollar trees that are just a wreck. Longview is top notch!

Store is always a mess. Thee $4-5 food is cheaper elsewhere. There were even things in a $3+ shelf that were over priced. Employees look disheveled and most aren't friendly. The first register has a broken belt- for ages now- yet they keep using that one primarily.

I like stopping in here occasionally around holidays to see what they have for crafts. Today I bought some craft supplies that had some glitter on them. I went through Amy's line and she freaked out and was terribly rude because she "hates glitter on her belt!!" She would hardly even pick the stuff up and scan it. She acted like it was going to attack her or something. IF I do shop there again, I definitely will not go through her line. If she's the only cashier, I will put my stuff back and leave
