Downtown Nails is great! Hadn’t been in years since when they were in their old building. Susan did a great job on my pedi. I highly recommend her as it was one of the best pedis I’ve ever had. Already booked a future appt with her again. 😊

Not great, but not horrible. I’ve had some Gary experiences, but I’ve had some very bad experiences there as well mostly good anytime that I wasn’t happy with my nails. I was able to be honest and they could fix them before I left, but in my opinion, there should be a problemin the first place

Great service and sooo happy to have found them. I’m never disappointed. Also I have never had any issues with lifting of my acrylic nails or fungus. They are extremely clean.

I had an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early. I watched 6 women come in after me and get taken back before me. The receptionist said absolutely nothing to me about how much longer the wait was going to be. After everybody else was cleared out of the lobby and I was sitting there for another 10 minutes. I asked how much longer it was going to be. They said oh we can take you back and then I sat in the pedicure chair for 10 minutes waiting for somebody else to get their nails finished.
I understand that they have regulars, but I had an appointment and I should have been taken back in the order that I came in. Or at least somebody should have talked to me and told me how long it was going to be for the wait and not act like I wasn't inconvenience for asking how much longer it was going to be. I get my nails done constantly and I was excited to try out a new place but I was sorely disappointed.

I've never been to this Salon in Longview!! I was very happy to see how Beautiful & Clean it was!! I grew up in Longview but haven't shopped their for years .Very nice experience!! I will definitely have my nails done there Again!! Love the Beauty & atmosphere of the salon & both nail technician's were very kind & professional!!?

Oh I used to live downtown Nails but they have gone downhill I paid for a premium pedicure package and a friend paid for just a standard package and I was done 20 minutes before she was so I think she got the premium and I got the standard the guy that did my leg massage , massaged so hard it was painful . several times I had to ask him to be more gentle. It's not as clean as it used to be this could be a high-end salon but need more professional techs

Do not recommend at all. Worst place to go and the nail tech did such a horrible job. I say save your money and go somewhere else.
