We are on the road with our 25’ travel trailer and found ourselves at Silver Lake with a broken leaf spring. It was recommended that we call Potter Webster in Longview. I spoke to Brad who said they had the part in stock and since he lives up this way, he would be happy to drop it off on his way home.
That is some extraordinary customer service!

This company and its staff made it easy for me to purchase my cargo trailer axle . They went way beyond the regular service by assembling my axle as well as welding my new leaf springs to the given specs . Truly professional
