I've ordered both ways, online & customer service. Great service & I usually get a refill b4 scheduled date! I love having propane in house. So much cheaper than nw natural.

Ferrellgas is just one of those old-fashioned companies who know how to put their customers first. Always there when I need them. Always prompt, courteous, careful and kind. Fair price too!

Ferrellgas has some of the best customer service staff. Anytime I have called I have felt the importance and attention they give me when I reach out to them. I would highly recommend to anyone that would need propane services. A+
