Brooke helped me set up my first bank account! She was very kinda and patient with all my questions. She explained everything to me amazingly, dumbed things down for me when I needed it and made the process easy.
My autistic brother was with me and even with him being super loud, kinda grumpy and energetic, she was patient. She and another worker complimented his dragons from the new how to train your dragon movie and showed interest in what he was into. It was nice to have a good experience with him in public because that’s hard with someone with his form of autism. Thank you Brooke for being awesome and helping me, a 20 year old get her first bank account open!
