My partner and I went ring shopping a week before our anniversary to see what style of ring I liked. He wanted to make sure he could get me a ring that I would love. Kristy was the lady who helped us and she was absolutely amazing! Fast forward to our anniversary and my partner proposed to me with the ring I fell in love with. The quality of the ring is perfect

When my fiance and I went to look at rings we picked the ones we wanted and came back the following day to purchase them. The day before we were told that their was a great deal going on that we would get two 20% off and an extra 15% for filling out the credit card which we did . As we went back they did NOT HONOR THE DEAL we 1st had when we spoke to the same Gal. I was very disappointed ? but however i fell In love with the ring and ends up purchasing it regardless. It would be great for employees to honor the customer with what they say and not go back on it.

Fred Meyer, I love, the jewelry department was a really bad experience. 3 times for the same order. First they quoted me a price and double checked this quote, they called 2 weeks later and said it would be $300 more. Then after double checking the ring size I needed to go to, wait 2 weeks and they didn't do the correct size, so now another 2 weeks to wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe your experience will be better.

TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR JEWELRY BEFORE TAKING IT HERE FOR A REPAIR! I took my ring in, that I’ve had for 10 years, to get the crown repaired. I was told that it would be ready for pick up after two weeks. Two and a half weeks passed and I called three times to see if it was done. The first two people I spoke to were unhelpful and didn’t answer my question. The third person I spoke to was snappy with me because I called and told me they would call when it’s done. I explained that I called two times previously that day and didn’t get an answer to my question and it was days after the date I was given for when it would be done. A couple days later I get a call that it’s done, I go in to pick it up, they put a short crown on my ring without asking me. I told the lady it was wrong and she kept telling me that it was not and sent me to the manager. The manager was helpful and sent the ring back. I picked it up about a week later and it still wasn’t the same crown. It wasn’t as tall as my original crown, but I was tired of dealing with them. I told the lady it was still shorter, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle anymore. If you take any jewelry here for repair, TAKE A PICTURE OF IT!

Look at a watch today that was marked up way over msrp. Then they acted like they were giving me a deal when they marked in down to msrp if a got a fred Myers credit card. That's shady.

Fred Meyer, I love, the jewelry department was a really bad experience. 3 times for the same order. We have used Fred Meyer Jewelers in the past at other locations with satisfaction.We dropped off an expensive sentimental piece of jewelry for repair in Longview and was given an estimated date, after an uncomfortable time we called and was put what they thought was hold but we could hear talk in the background that was very nerving and worrisome, then someone in the background said just tell them $ and it will be ready in two weeks.For two weeks there was worry that the item was lost.After the two weeks called back and was told it wasnt even started so we requested the item back and was told couldn't get into the safe now so we had to wait again.After more calls to the manager we did finally get the item back but have lost all trust in this Jewelers!

I took my jewelry in for inspection and cleaning. I was told that jewelry is only inspected once a year and that I had come too soon.When my engagement ring was purchased we were under the impression that I could bring it on anytime for a cleaning. We were also told that the ring had to be inspected every 6 months to keep the warranty in effect.

It is a good store, although prices are getting high. My wife and I shopped there today(April 18th). She is 73 years old, handicapped and has a brain tumor so she is a bit slow and not too coordinated. She was riding a store electric cart. It appeared to be a new cart, but that's not important. On our way to the car to unload our groceries, she pulled up along side the car to back up next to her door, since she can't walk unassisted. When she started to back up, the cart took off at a sudden high speed, due to a fault in the carts electronics. She lost control, due to the rapid reversing, and the cart tipped over. Fortunately for her and for Fred Meyer, Longview, she was not hurt, other than a laceration on her lower leg. There happened to be about 5 employees in close proximity, and they rushed over to help. They picked up our groceries and assisted me in getting her on her feet and into the car. Her condition is such that I could not have done it by myself. I have to thank those employees that were moving carts, and loading groceries into other cars in the pickup spots. Fred Meyer could be liable for a big law suit, if they don't address this issue and get their carts modified so they are not so uncontrollable when in reverse, and turning. ALL carts she has used at Fred Meyer's have had the same dangerous quirk, not only the one she used today. I have seen so many people run into the shelves, and/or knock over displays because the machines take off so fast when making a sharp turn. Please address this issue, Fred Meyer/Kroger or be ready for a huge lawsuit from someone. Serious injuries can occur with these dangerous handicap carts.

I was double charged,called the store and given an 800 number to call. 800 number took all kinds if info,then said manager wasn't there,and to call the next day. So I called and was told I had to go to the store in person. so I went in only to be told to call the 800 number. So I called the 800 number again,only to be told the Longview manager would call me. And you guessed it. NO CALL I guess they're all into keeping the money. zI guess I'll have to eat it. Just be careful when you pay. This was at the self serve that they want everyone to use.

Fred Meyer Jewelers does not follow through with their work orders. The presentation was a disgrace! The was lack of quality they put into my ring buffing with the solution still in the cracks! I will not waste my time or money with their lack of service!
