This review is for the DELI ONLY. I've had their fried chicken and JoJo's twice in the past couple months..... BOTH times almost NO flavor!! Chicken should have been fried longer so it would fall apart instead of being spongy.... JoJo's on the other hand were cooked too long with most of the flavor cooked out! I chose coleslaw as my other side. Again ZERO flavor. BOTH times I tried to pay AT the deli counter (there's a check stand there) and BOTH times I was directed to go wait in line (Again) over at the main checkstands to pay for my meal. There's also no fountain drink option at this deli which is equally frustrating. When I ask the older deli clerk about it, she just said we don't have fountain drinks anymore. It would have been nice if she would have directed me to the large cooler around the corner instead of me having to go hunt for my own drink in the store. Anyway, this is strike 2 for this deli there will be no third strike! I HIGHLY recommend the Cascade Vista grocery store deli IN Castle Rock...... Super Delish.... Someone from Fred Meyer should take a trip up there to see how to better run a deli ? (oh and the reason for 3 stars rather than 1 is because the REST OF of Fred Meyer's is OUTSTANDING day in day out ?)

MacKayla in management has awful customer service. We won’t be shopping here again. Then again what can you expect with a name like that. Yikes.

I don't think Fred Meyer management/Kroger corporate reads these reviews. With that said, this location is declining. Levi's and Carhartt clothes are being locked up now. The wide aisles from the last remodel are now being crammed with displays in half of some aisles with only one cart able to go down parts of the aisle, and they went to these new bigger carts with 2 kid seats that doesn't help. Some aisles have poles in the middle with electrical outlets on the side, and the new, taller carts catch on these, which is a major safety hazard. The spot lights throughout the store (but mostly in the produce dept.) are randomly flickering. And the sale prices now require cards, apps, your phone number, and other gimmicks. I will also add that there is now a creepy older guy manning the self checkouts who hovers as you are making your purchases. And the whole bag thing. They have no plastic bags of any kind including the reusable ones, the paper bags they offer (and charge you for) are small and very thin and tear easily. This was a nice store until the last remodel, and has been in decline ever since.

What kind of scam are you running by having digital deals displayed in bold print under items having no other deals around making it look like those are the normal deals? That's not funny.

They're having a mold problem. Last week I bought mandarins. 3 days after purchasing them, I noticed one of the mandarins was completely covered in mold. I was looking at strawberries today. When I opened one of the containers, it was very clear there was mold on at least one of the strawberries. Stay safe, everyone. Inspect your fruits and veggies.

Why are the ladies at the pharmacy SO RUDE!?! 98% of the time I have any interaction they are incredibly dismissive and simply have a NASTY attitude. BOOOO!

Horrible customer service. Was told they couldn't exchange a damaged item cause that would leave the store with a damaged item. So the customer should be stuck with it?!?! Item was 4 days old and damaged from the manufacturer's packaging. Dept supervisor Michael needs to learn his business!
