Why are the ladies at the pharmacy SO RUDE!?! 98% of the time I have any interaction they are incredibly dismissive and simply have a NASTY attitude. BOOOO!

Really love that they have FSA eligible products labeled, it has been extremely helpful. The employees are helpful whenever I need assistance. The only thing I dislike about this store is the new carts, my kid is in the way when she's in the cart so it's hard to see right in front and it seems like one cart maybe is malfunctioning and locking up right as you get out the first set of doors. Happened to me then a guy the next day I went shopping for Christmas gifts. Still a great store.

Don’t bother trying to get a job here. Let me preface this with I have 27 years retail experience and customer service is embedded in my DNA. I’ve been working as an InstaCart shopper for the last YEAR and know that store like the back of my hand… Anyways, I applied through their website they force you to apply through, waited a week and after not hearing back from them I decided to ask about the hiring situation the employees told me they so desperately were trying to fill. I was told to come in on a Tuesday when they have their little “Come in and we’ll maybe hire you - if you hear back from us” afternoon/evening event. So that’s what I did… Tuesday rolls around And I walk up there and am told to sit in this back room with two other people who seemed confused about what to fill their secondary application with.Debbie, the HR department, cycled through the other two and then I was able to get my interview in. It seemed like it went well, but I was told that she would be calling people for a second interview within the next three days. Of course, I did not receive the phone call. After chasing her down for the next nearly 3 weeks roughly 7 different times and leaving messages for her she FINALLY left me a voicemail (which I did not see until a few days later) informing me they had already filled the position. Since I didn’t see it, I went in on a Tuesday hoping for some kind of answer and she basically gave me this pokerfaced, cold response of “The positions have already been filled.” I asked if all had been filled and again, more cold response… I told her I really needed the money and was willing to work any of the positions and she responded with more cold, blank expression statements… I adked her if I had done anything wrong or what I did that gave her a reason to pass up someone with 27 years experience and who spent the last year shopping every aisle (for their mostly ungrateful, no tipping Delivery Now customers - I did not say that part out loud) in that store and just more blank stare responses “No you didn’t do anything wrong.”So let me get this straight… you expect utmost honesty from me AND you received it, yet you can’t even bother to give me feedback telling me what made you choose some toothless 20-something with no retail experience over someone who DAYS later helped one of your customers BECAUSE THEY COULDNT FIND ANYONE TO ASK SO THEY ASKED ME FOR HELP AND I HELPED THEM.An incredibly disenchanting experience. I really need the money and they know this. They don’t care. You would think walking a mile just to ask her about employment 7 times in 3 weeks would show that I really wanted the job and was willing to do a lot just to have it. Nope. They don’t care. Despite a good half of the floor employees being familiar with me and encouraging me to apply… nope. Not even a “We’re filled right now but we can call you when a position is available” statement. Thanks, Debbie. A really nice boost to my self esteem there. Maybe some day you’ll get treated with the same cold disregard you unenthusiastically bestowed upon me.

Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Whoever answered the phone each time I have called has been the rudest person I have had the displeasure of speaking with. I get that maybe the caller before me was difficult but deal with but take it out on the rest of your customers. They told l me that my prescription can't be filled because the insurance company will only cover the name brand not the generic. I call my insurance company and my insurance company said Fred Meyer already put in and processed for the Advair. I called Fred Meyer and she admits that yes they went ahead and submitted the claim even though they didn't have the prescription - because they would have it in a few days. So rather than try to get approval for the generic they just.... I don't know maybe that's not dishonest but to me you shouldn't submit reimbursement for a prescription you're not able to fill. So I can't even get the prescription until they actually get it in stock since they've already submitted the claim. Overall the worst experience I've had having to call them several times because for some reason even though they got two of the four prescriptions my provider sent over at the same time the other two disappeared. My provider had to send them three times. If my local pharmacy wasn't down I wouldn't be using Fred Meyer. I can assure you if my local pharmacy is still down next month I will find someone else to fill them I will not use them ever again.

Great pick up team! On top of it & doing amazing! Always have a smile on their face and keep me updated. They even call if they are ahead of schedule and give me the option to come in early. KEEP IT UP!!! You make life easier & better!! ?
