I had really long hair, I wanted it shoulder length. Well it wasn't shoulder length it was way shorter, all she did was cut my hair off and didn't style it like I asked, she wanted to go home...I was charged full price... NOT HAPPY

The two ladies that did my children's haircuts were amazing, kind, and so patient. Such a wonderful experience. This is the only place my son wants to get his haircut.

Wasn't happy how they dealt with my son when they found 2 lice on his head. We obviously had no idea they were there and none of us have lice so I'm not even sure it didn't come from them. Lady cutting his hair made it known to the entire room with other customers and had my son crying in the chair. Very embarrassed and unprofessional, we will never go back there. Thank you for traumatizing my child.

I showed up to the salon at 10-12 minutes until 7:00pm. I walked in with two women standing by the register. I ran up expecting to get my hair cut, but instead they complained about me coming in and gave me excuses for not cutting my hair. Gee, we just counted the till and we’d have to do it again if one of us cut your hair. It would take 15 minutes or so . That would make it at least five minutes after 7:00. Are you kidding me. Not only did they tell me no but they laughed about it, making me the butt of their little joke, acting like a couple of snobby little junior high schoolers. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL !!!!
