Absolute best customer service and willing to help find what you need. I forgot something and he ran me down to tell me and made sure I had what I needed.
This man is the face of the company and a great representation of what to expect at home depot

Just spent twenty to twenty five minutes, waiting At isle twenty two bay sixteen. I asked four different employees for assistance to unlock the tools I wanted to purchase. I was only told that someone was on their way.
I have left your store and will now spend my money at your competitors.
It should be noted that we are currently workingon the largest project in your community.
Horrible customer service.

We went in earlier today and we were looking for flag poles as we had our flags already. We asked one employee and he gave us two different aisles to go to neither had anything close to what we were asking for. We asked another employee and he sent us to a different aisle anyways after feeling like we were on a wild goose chase literally going back and forth from one end of the store to the other many times, we came across Logan. Thank God for Logan, we wanted 3 there were only 2 but she checked and there were more in a box on an upper shelf she personally went out of her way to get what we wanted. It was nice to have an employee walk us to the right aisle and actually get it figured out for us, Thank you so much Logan for your customer service!!

I usually have an excellent experience at home depot. Yesterday though it took three staff to actually know where my items were. One staff said, "Without a picture, I can't help you," then walked away. Finally Tony did help and I was glad, but also exhausted from running all over store to wrong isle.

Do not get a Home Depot credit card. All my bills arrived postmarked a week or more after they were due, so they charged me late fee after late fee. I never received my 25% off for opening an account, a lie. And the icing on the cake is that I returned some things that were put back on my card as a credit (I owed nothing), and then they closed my card and stole over $100 dollars that I had on account. I called about all of this but I don't speak a foreign language and they were rude and hung up on me. DON'T GET THE CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE THEIVES........

Well done to the mask wearing moron female in the rental dept who was supposed to be assisting me hooking a trailer up and let me back right into the trailer hitch leaving a dent in my bumper. Where the hell do they hire these people is beyond me.
