“I got a new kitten and needed to get her some supplies. I found some really good prices online for a kitten tower, scratching post and some items for my backyard birds. I took advantage of the free shipping to store. I received a text that my items were in 2 days early and I went to pick it up. I went into the store and told them I had a pickup order. They looked and didn't see it up front. At that time we realized that it was a ship to store order which is stored in the back. They brought out 2 packages and handed them to me. I assumed everything was there as 1 of the boxes was big.
When I got home I opened up the boxes and realized I was short one item. I called the store and spoke to a young man and he said he would check into it and call me back. I didn't get a call back so I called the store again the next day and spoke to a young girl and told her what happened. She let me know that it was there and when I come in to tell whoever helps me that the item is in the back. I drove back to the store and received the rest of my order.
The remaining item was a cat scratching post with sisal rope wrapped around it. It was not shipped in a box. They had attempted to wrap it in plastic shrinkwrap but the top of the post was only partially covered and ended up getting torn up a bit and slightly dirty. The base was also partially wrapped and it was also dirty. It appears that my order for 3 items was split into 2 shipments from separate facilities and when I got a message they arrived and were ready for pickup it wasn't all the items. I had tried earlier in the week trouble finding the information. I used my Android phoneto track my order and I had at the time, maybe I would have had better luck with my laptop? My new kitten is loving her kitten tower and her new scratching post which she is perching on like she is a bird. The items were built good, very reasonably priced and shipping was free using the ship to store option. Maybe next time I'll be pretty versed at it.”
