Felicia was awesome! Super kind, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. I usually get stressed doing my taxes, but she made the whole thing feel simple. She even got me money back I didn’t think I was getting when I tried to do it myself. Definitely recommend going to her if you want it done right without the headache.

My husband recently went to turn in the paperwork for the $1,400 stimulus check and they put down the wrong address when he went in to update it and they didn’t and now they are saying they have to contact the IRS to update it he paid them $80 so he can file it and now refuses to refund the money we will be going through someone else to file for it and to do our taxes we will not do our taxes through them anymore they cannot do their job right especially the man he spoke to did not do his job

Cassandra H. Was absolutely amazing 🤩 Looks like this is a great start to an awesome tax relationship. She was ever so helpful and did everything she could to get me the bestest tax return. I really love her and will always be back to file my taxes with her every year.

H&R block was quick and easy to use, even when I filed close to the due date (and they were extremely busy). My tax professional made me feel comfortable with my taxes and was able to answer all my questions. They did not make me feel rushed at all, even with their schedule full. Will definitely be using them again!

I HAVE BEEN HAVING MY TAXES DONE HERE FOR THE PAST 3 YEAR. I CAN TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE THERE FOR YOU ! THEY EXPLAIN STEP BY STEP AND ACTUALLY TREAT YOU RESPECTFULLY AND THEY WILL GET YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS SMOOTHLY.

Honestly, I'd give it a zero if I could. I started online through their app, in which I uploaded all my w2, and the app said everything looked good on their end. I send it, and less than a minute, it comes back rejected. I looked over what I could have done wrong, and the app was very misleading and would not give direct reasons why my tax was wrong. For having the ability to tax independently and not be reliant on tax experts would be nice only if we had the tools and equipment that tax experts have. So I called H&R block to get it sorted out. They charged me $89, and on top of that, another $39 for the transfer fee?! Was never made aware of these fees, so I begrudgingly agreed cause what else am I supposed to do?! So all I get left is $6?! It just seems that more and more tax experts are greedy and not willing to fulfill their motto. Get more money back... but pay us first... be more upfront with your fees. I am looking to learn how to file my own taxes next year and try to help others without them getting scammed to this level
