Apparently this station has new owners, the Jacobsens name has been removed from the tow trucks. It is a bit concerning that they now charge 30 cents a gallon more than the Sinclair across the street, for years the two stations were the same price on gas even when the Sinclair was a Shell. Go to other states and Chevron and Sinclair pricing is usually the same.

The tow driver was nice & knowledgeable once he got there and only reason for 2 stars, but the person scheduling dropped the ball or something several times. First called on Thursday eve and was told it's after hours and a higher charge so we made arrangements for Friday 1pm, called said half hour, 1:30pm, wait still nothing, called and they said they sent him on another call. Frustrated we rescheduled for Monday 8am. Waited 20 min, called and said oh I'll send him right out. He arrived at 8:45 and like I said was nice and only reason for 2 stars.

Took my Ford FX150 to there shop for what I thought was a faulty electrical problem. They checked it out and everything was okay my relief. What is truly amazing is they didn’t charge me one penny. Great service Friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Tom Janicki

Recently had Jacobson's repair my truck. They got me in quickly and the repair cost less than I had figured on. We have been using them for years and this last repair made me realize that I'm really glad we deal with them!

I would give negative stars if I could. These people have no business working at this place both the manager and other male employee thinks it's appropriate to talk over you so your unable to talk or say what's going on. Went in on a Sunday for gas and drinks paid 64.87 go out to pump the gas it only pumps 15 cents, the girl working the counter comes out and says oh sorry your card was declined I think that's odd I just transfered money she says I can pump gas but to come in and pay so I do the fuel ended up being 73.01 for a tank of gas I go into pay a second time I proceed to show her my transaction online that I was charged for the gas and the drinks she says no it will be back at end of day. So Monday comes around still no money on my card I proceed to call the store again this time it was a guy never gave me a chance to talk or anything just kept saying nope nope nope to where I was unable to talk. I call my bank on Monday they proceed to tell me that Chevron charged me twice once for 64.87 and again for 73.01 my bank emails me stating the charges. I call Tuesday morning this time there's a manager there named Lenny I believe again I get told they didn't charge my card I try to explain he rudely kept cutting me off as to where I was unable to speak . So only option now is to contact corporate and the BBB hopefully something will get done that way. If you don't want money stolen avoid this place at all costs.

Traveling between Seattle and Eugene on a Saturday, our car's battery indicator lit up, so we drove into Les Schwab to see if they could diagnose the problem. They indicated that it was a bad alternator and suggested that Jacobsen Chevron might be able to help. We drove there, the mechanic confirmed the diagnosis and said we needed a new alternator. While we sat in their air conditioned waiting room they ordered the part and installed it in an hour. They even vacuumed our car floor. The whole process at Jacobsen only took and hour. They are kind, efficient and skilled. We highly recommend them
