Very disappointed. I feel they jacked the price up to cover the 30 dollar gift card they sent out.
I used their price calculator on their app (after service) and ir quoted $120.00. Final bill with gift card was $121.00.
I won't be going back. I advise getting detailed quote before they commence work.

Came in to get my oil changed.
The crew was very nice and professional. Discovered my oil sensor was leaking and they replaced it on the spot.

The service was great, The cleanliness was pretty bad, especially in the bathroom. I brought it to the guy's attention & hope they did something about it! I was afraid to wash my hands @ the sink for fear of contamination of a lot of filth! But the service was good!

I had used this Jiffy Lube for the last year since moving to the area and was happy enough to use them again. On the last oil change, they informed me that the transmission line had a small leak. After much debate, they told me they could fix the leak in an hour. 4 days and almost $1000 dollars later, I got my Jeep back after they did a slab dash job "fixing" something that as far as I knew, they broke. I was informed as one employee took me home the first night, so I didn't have to walk 5 miles in the rain, that "Jiffy Lube doesn't care about their employees or the tools they provide, so I shouldn't be getting my vehicle back any time soon." Mind, you they did "all the labor for free" because they "shouldn't have been doing it in the first place" according to their manager that "wasn't working the first day I came in". 1 month later, my transmission litterally fell apart, crossing the Lewis and Clark Bridge. Needless to say, it has to have an entirely new transmission installed because, as a real mechanic put it "I have never seen anyone mess something up in this way". Do not trust this business with your vehicle.

I got my company vehicle as it was the closest to my job that day. I got the oil changed. 3 days later when I drove to Tacoma my low level warning light came on. I had an interview that day. When I came out all the oil was on the street. I checked the dipstick and it was completely empty. I walked 3 miles to the nearest gas station to get two quarts of oil. I crawled under and found that the oil's filter was not tight, I was able to turn the filter by hand, as I work for a maintenance company I had the right too to tights it up correctly. I put the 2 quarts in. Enough to get me to auto store and filled up with oil. I called the store to complain on the service I got any old by luck the engine didn't seized up. Didn't get talking to a manager put me on hold then got cut off. I called my manager to let me him know he called, person at Jiffy, said they would call back, 3 weeks ago and we still haven't heard anything back from them. I can only leave 1 start believe me it's ZERO.

Longview store is great. I have been a customer for many years for all my vehicles for oil changes and tires I have always had a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone

I was on the way home from San Francisco when my suspension gave out 400km from the border. I pulled up to these KINGS in the pouring rain an hour before they closed on a Sunday evening. Not only did they drive out to get the parts I needed, they stayed open past close for me. I was back on the road an hour and a half later and I have quite literally never been happier. I owe these guys my first child.

Ended up, interrupting my wait as the wait time was too long. Also, the price seemed too high, even after using a coupon.
